Nestled in Seaside, this attractive house for $725 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Waves for Days! The views from our oceanfront townhome will leave you feeling you are surrounded by the waves. A++ Views!! Watch and be mesmerized by Waves for Days!! Amenities galore, quiet south end of Seaside, just walk across the street to the beach for bonfires, clamming, sand dollar hunts, bodyboarding and relaxing beach walks. A quarter mile to Eateries, Golf and Upscale Family Market. Just a 1.5 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Seaside, Aquarium and Arcade. Enjoy the use of our six beach cruisers, beach wagon, corn hole, kites, beach chairs, dog crates, gas grill and hot tub! Each of the spacious four bedrooms has an attached full bath. The bedroom on the first floor has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step out on the patio to use our hot tub with views of the trees and mountains! Also on the first floor is an attached garage with beach toys, bikes, beach wagon and beach equipment. On the second floor you will find the spacious kitchen, dining area, living room and the second bedroom. The ocean-view kitchen is truly fit for a chef! It well-equipped with stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stove. There is abundant prep space and a large center island. The living room features beautiful ocean views, a gas fireplace and comfy sofas. There is also a seating area next to the windows for enjoying views of the waves and the warmth of the fireplace. Tucked away next to the dining area is a small table fit for two and perfect for gaming or working from home! There is also a large dining table with more views of the water which seats eight. Enjoy having a wet bar next to the dining room table complete with a wine cooler. Steps from the table is an intimate patio made for two. This is the spot to enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine. This floor also has a powder room and the second bedroom. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, TV and en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. There is a large east-facing deck off this bedroom with views of the mountain and trees. The deck has a gas grill, dining table and lounge chairs. Step up to the third floor where the ocean views are breathtaking! The master bedroom is on this floor. The en suite master bathroom features two separate vanities, large, jetted tub with ocean view and separate tiled shower. The master bedroom also features a giant walk-in closet, large, flat-screen TV, a desk for those that need to work and a comfortable seating area right next to the windows. You will feel as though you are surrounded by the waves from the spot! Simply amazing! Also on this floor is the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two queen sized beds, TV, huge walk-in closet and large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed 2 dogs with a $30 minimum/dog. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements. $15 per poop left on property after departure will be deducted from damage deposit.

Our family has always loved Seaside and this unit did not disappoint. Their were 9 of us, my two sons and their wife and kids, 3 grandkids, my husband and I The place had 4 nice size bedroom with their own bathrooms, everyone had their own space. The master was lovely with a beautiful view. The beach was directly across the street in the cove down from the Golf course. The views of the ocean from the house were amazing. The house was very clean and had just about every amenity you needed for all of us. The management responded quickly to all questions.
Would definitely stay there again when needing a beach weekend.

The accommodations were beyond lovely. The views, the space, the overall comfort were 100% perfect. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of flatware and utensils as to not use the dishwasher nightly for our family of 5 that made breakfast and dinner in home each day. The oven took some getting used to, it’s pretty fancy.
This spot calls itself dog friendly so I was fearful of wet dog scent…NOPE. You would never have known a dog stayed there EVER.
Pristine white towels and linens, amazingly comfortable beds and bedding. An on suite bathroom for each guest room is a major plus.
The cleanliness of the home is A+++
My only and minor demerit is the stairs leading from the front door up to the kitchen. They are not deep in tread and the monochromatic floor color and less than bright lighting for the stairs were difficult to navigate. I was traveling with my 88 yo father who is almost nimble as a fox, called the last stair from the kitchen to the bottom landing “invisible.”

We came to celebrate Christmas with husband's side of the family. One of the cleanest places we've ever rented! Loved how each room was basically a suite! The views were spectacular, and we even managed to take a walk from our place. My only complaint was that the floors could've been a little cleaner, and the kitchen was obviously lived in (microwave had stuff in it, etc). Not bad enough for me to mark it down though! And I understand with properties that allow pets it's difficult to get them super clean. Overall, if we go back to Seaside, we will be looking this place up again! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed having their own restrooms and large comfortable beds. The view was gorgeous. We mostly cooked at home because the kitchen was stocked well and appliances were nice. We would love to stay here again.

This home was all around better than advertised. The location provides a perfect view of the ocean, across the street from the beach, walkable to the prominade/boardwalk and downtown, yet quiet at night.
We wanted a home with 4 bedrooms that each had a private bathroom and this home had it, as well as a half bath off of the living room.
Cleanliness was important to us and we all commented how clean it was.
We used the provided bikes and bike helmets to go to nearby breakfast spots. There were many other beach items to use.
We all loved this place and would definitely come back.

Everything was super clean! Including the hot tub. Super neat place with lots of space to hang out. Very pretty view also. Easy access to beach. Had a fire on the beach with wood from the garage. Super neat! Also loved that they had bikes available! Used them as well.

This property was comfortable, clean and spacious for our group! I particularly loved the labeling system as we cleaned the space during our stay to keep all materials organized on ongoing basis. We had more than what we needed for family meals and getting comfortable in our bedrooms. Note that the bottom room got really cold but there is a space heater that really helped with temperature confort. The welcome packet was also very informative.
If you are looking for a place to stay that's spacious for a larger group to both have time together or need a moment for private rejuvenation, and is very clean, this is a great place to go. Plus, the view of the water was spectacular!

We have never found a cleaner, well provisioned home to stay at in Seaside, or anywhere for that matter. This home has high end finishes, and has all the accessories for the beach or a gourmet chef in the kitchen. After 20 years of Seaside, OR vacations, this was the best property we have ever stayed at. We can't wait to go back.

Our stay was exceptional. Perfect location for beach combing, touring Seaside, and watching surfers on the ocean waves. Loved the rocking chairs by front window. We spent hours there in mornings relaxing drinking coffee and mesmerized by ocean waves. Plenty of room for the whole family. Our kids wanted to live there.

• 3 floors is alot of stairs!
• utility is on 3rd floor. For such a big home, would be nice to have 2nd utility on main floor or bottom floor.
• Going down to the bottom floor to let our dog out for potty breaks got my steps in but also was exhausting at times.
• The heating thermostat is centrally located on the main floor. Would have been nice for a thermostat zoned for each floor. This left the bottom bedroom coldish. Which we didn't use that bedroom and did not bother us.

We are a group of 8 women from all over the country who met in medical school in 1983 and we try to take a trip together every year. The photos don't do this house justice. It was sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortably and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and we used a lot of it for our daily brunches. There are ample towels, pillows, bed linens, and throw blankets. Even when it rained we were all perfectly content to sit in front of the fireplace looking out the huge windows at the beach a stone's throw across the street. We walked on the beach and hiked a couple of trails and ate at some good restaurants, but mostly just relaxed and enjoyed each other's company in this wonderful house.

You are right in front of the beach, but with a road between you and the beach. It’s a road that’s 25 mph but it was a constant watching of the kids and dog to get back and forth. The views from the living room and master were amazing, it’s a beautiful beach area. House was awesome, very clean, perfect for two families, beds were super comfortable and the layout was great. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Master room and bath was fantastic. Had great recommendations from the hosts and they were fast to respond. Definitely a great place to stay!

My husband and I brought our two kids and a friend each for a fabulous trip to Seaside. The house was immaculate, well stocked from kitchen items to bikes, kites, chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach and even fans for all the rooms! The hot tub was easy to access and preheated, definitely a nice treat. You can't beat the location and the view! There were a few minor issues that Malia and Arnold addressed IMMEDIATELY, thank you! Their quick response put us at ease for anything we needed.
Our family of 7 have rented 20-30 houses over the years and this house was definitely one of the top 3, we will be back!
