About this bed and breakfast
Completely renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house on a picturesque, private 18-acre property, nestled in the valley between the Taconic and Dorset Mountains in Dorset, Vermont.
The property is an ideal base from which to explore all that southern Vermont has to offer – access to an active arts, music and theatre scene in Dorset and Manchester; 7 miles from upscale shopping and resort activities in Manchester; an easy drive to the ski slopes at Stratton Mountain and Bromley; surrounded by hiking trails of all levels to enjoy all seasons, including during Vermont’s famous Fall foliage; and close to both family friendly and fine dining restaurants.
The property features a small orchard, walking paths around the flat, open, private land with 360 degree views of the Taconic and Dorset Mountains, and adjoins a town forest that features well-maintained walking trails down to the Mettawee River, one of Vermont’s best trout streams. Clear nights feature incredible sunsets and spectacular star-gazing.
The air-conditioned guest house sleeps six with brand new furnishings and includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, great room with a fireplace, TV and a queen sofa bed and a full bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Accommodations include a brand new, fully stocked full kitchen with a refrigerator, range and dishwasher, washer/dryer and wi-fi access. All linens are provided.
Guest house cleaned and sanitized following CDC guidelines with at least 24 hours between renters.
