Convenient to everything and steeped in rich history. Our go to hotel in Manchester.
Some rotting wood throughout the property needs attention. Not as crisp as it could be and once was.

The facilities were very nice including use of the spa. The grounds were beautiful. Coffee was available in the lobby as well as afternoon snacks. The tavern and bar were very welcoming. Best of all was the staff: Gigi at the front desk was very helpful and Yuta, the bellhop, was helpful and charming.

The swimming pool is excellent
No coffee machine in room, no Fridge, no toilet brush.
No toothpicks available in Restaurant.
The guy on reception dresses like a lumberjack.

Poor maintenance—peeling paint and wallpaper, huge potholes in the road to the parking lot, insanely lumpy mattress
