Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with top quality appliances and ample stone counter space. A plush suite includes a private balcony, while two sunny decks present water views. The second floor features a suite and a game room with foosball and an arcade cabinet. The hot tub deck is also on this level. Two bunk rooms are connected by a full bathroom - one with a private balcony and one with direct hot tub access. The entry level is home to the billiard room, where a wet bar includes a wine fridge and microwave. You’ll also find a bunk room as well as a guest bathroom that can be accessed via the pool deck. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a game of sand volleyball in your own backyard. Then fire up the grill for a poolside cookout! THINGS TO KNOW For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available. The fireplace is not operational This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We really enjoyed our time in Kitty Hawk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was great and we could walk to a number of places.

We had a great stay at the Wright House. You could see the ocean from the back porch and the Bay from the front! Perfect neighborhood for walking and riding bikes. The house was very well equipped and the pool , pool table and hot tub kept the teenagers busy! Another amazing week at OBX!

We enjoyed our stay in Kitty Hawk. The property was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. The house was close to a board walk along the inlet which was pleasant to walk on every morning. We were close to the beach and enjoyed watching the dolphins. The pool and hot tub were both clean and ready to use. We also loved that a grill and outdoor shower were available! We would highly recommend this property!

found out that the neighbors don’t like noise, so you gotta keep it down. overall! the house was very nice and my friends and i all had a good vacation and would definitely go back another time

Wright View KH111 was an amazing home. It was the perfect size for our family and offered wonderful amenities. You could see clear to the Ocean from the top floor looking out the back or to the sound when you looked out the front of the house. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. It was nice to have the pool, hot tub, pool table, fooz ball table and video game. This gave us many levels for entertaining and provided different activities for all of us. The location of the neighborhood was also great. It was close to shopping, restaurants and other nighttime activities. When we arrived we noticed that the outdoor shower wasn't working so we contacted Vacasa who sent someone out the same day to repair the shower. (this was helpful so that we could rinse off sand from our beach outings and clean up before entering the pool and the house.) We would definitely rent here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
