Warm and beautifully decorated home the led to a lovely dinner with extended family in the area. Great home for gathering or just taking im nearby sites. Everything about the checkin/out was easy. It would be great to have the back outdoor patio swept/ or blown off from debris but was not a real issue and was otherwise perfect.

This house looks like it belongs in a design or architecture magazine. It was absolutely beautiful. The house was comfortable. The location was amazing, and if I need a rental house in the Charlotte area again I will absolutely return.

We stayed at this rental a few weeks ago - 4 adults and two young children. I have done a lot of rentals through VRBO and this property was the best in all categories. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the neighborhood was very walkable and stores and restaurants were very close by. We used the front porch for morning coffee and the children enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The host was quick to respond through the VRBO link and was particularly helpful assisting us with the retrieval of a valuable piece of jewelry that my son left on the fireplace mantle when we departed.

House was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Backyard need some attention and TLC but with a little attention could have been a lovely addition to the beautiful interior. Overall would stay there again and thought the value was right on track.

In town for my son's wedding. This house is cozy! Lots of room and the screened in porch was so enjoyable. I did not request an early check-in but was notified early, which was wonderful. The house is a great location in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very quick to answer any questions....always kind and friendly. I would stay hear again!!

Property was big enough for our family. Mouse droppings discovered in kitchen. Cleaning was not what we expected. Exterminator sent next day. Fireplace didn’t work. We felt the property should’ve been checked better prior to our arrival. Issues were addressed quickly. Pleased that home was large enough for our family holidays.

I confess I was a little nervous about booking a VRBO in a city I didn't know, but this cozy bungalow was about as perfect as it could be! We had 4 of our adult "kids" (2 of which a married couple) and other than wishing one bedroom had twin beds for our unmarried son and daughter, forced to share a room, this home was about as perfect as it could be. We took the master suite and having our own cozy sitting area just outside the room, yet connected to the kitchen area and the rest of the house provided our kids with their own space, yet completely connected with ours at the same time. The decorating was eclectic, fun, casual, sophisticated and cozy. The well chosen accessories were a treat for the eye everywhere you looked and included the best throws for hunkering down while Hurricane Ian raved outside. We were in town for a very special wedding that our son was in. His suit was a bit rumpled from his flight and the management dropped off a brand new steamer that most of us used on our somewhat wrinkled outfits! I cannot say enough about our experience. We even walked to dinner on our arrival day -- Supperland was absolutely incredible and HIGHLY recommended and about 15 minutes away. Loved seeing the homes along the street while we walked. Zada Jane for the perfect breakfast and a stop at Villani's bakery for incredible macarons and pastries for a treat are all HIGHLY recommended. We would've gone to the Giddy Goat for coffee and possible empanadas if we had another day, also highly recommended by locals. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wedding welcome party at Workman's Friend, an Irish pub complete with great Irish music some nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need including a Nespresso machine (Vertuo with plenty of pods) INSTEAD of the inferior and every present Keurig and some of the best chamomile tea I've ever had. Our first stay in Charlotte was a complete success, despite the hurricane (I have to add that the raging storm didn't sound all that bad inside this well built house) and we would absolutely choose this place again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take good care of it for us! Many thanks to the Mansion Group for your help!

This house is in a really good location relative to downtown Charlotte. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly with neighbors often jogging by or out walking their dogs. Lots of other beautiful and stately homes on the street and surrounding streets. The pictures accurately depict the interior. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Really nice property that is centrally located near downtown Charlotte. House was immaculate and had everything we needed for our Easter weekend visit with family and friends. Property owner has a “concierge” who communicated frequently with us before, during and after our stay to ensure that all of our needs were met. House has three bedrooms - two in the front of the home that share a bathroom and a large owners suite in the back. Two living rooms and a dining room offer plenty of space for meals and games with family and friends. We will definitely be back!
