Enter into the bedroom with queen bed, television, closet with safe, dresser, two night stands. The galley kitchen leads to the large living room area. Dining table and four chairs, sofabed couch, television, coffee table and large armchair. Bathroom door opens to mirrored vanity sink and separate room with toilet and a large walk-in shower. Living room sofabed folds out to full size bed and get as many pillows as you need from room service! Living room with television, dining table, four chairs, sofabed and armchair. In the middle is the kitchenette which has two burner stove top, no oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more appliances, dishes/cookware/glassware, full-size refrigerator, free ice machine on 3rd floor and coin operated Laundry Room. Easy access to Roof deck which has the best sunset and great for daytime sunbathing. Free parking included for one passenger car. Great restaurants, but get some takeout and dine-in with a view of the Newport Bridge. Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby each morning. This is a beautiful, clean full service hotel with a wonderful, helpful staff. Located in the center of Newport, near the docks and many restaurants. ROOM PHOTOS ARE NOT ACTUAL PICTURES OF THE ROOM but the rooms are very similar.

The best location close to harbor and restaurants. Great condo, beautiful sunsets from roof walkable to bars and restaurants right out the door

Had a wonderful trip!
The host was awesome. Sent a welcome text, and provided some tips to staying in this location. She answered every question I had (before and during my stay) and even offered late check-out and a slightly extended parking (parking is free on premises but $$$ around the area) so we could walk around after we checked out. The location was clean upon arrival. The room was a large studio, and the kitchen was a great addition. Only *slight* issue - the section with the bed was a little warm (the AC unit is at the other side of the studio) so leave the sliding divider open). Overall, the location is AMAZING. Can walk to everything...! Would happily stay again!
