Dave and all the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. There was attention to detail ie toiletries, bottle water etc .
We had an excellent evening meal and breakfast, nothing was too much trouble.
There was nothing to dislike though there are steep stairs to the rooms which could prove difficult for some people.

A small, friendly hotel in a great location on the seafront in Gurnard. We didn't know about the sunset views, but the weather wasn't good enough for us sadly. We can't comment on the other rooms, but we had the family room 1, which had a double and a single bed. The shower is over a bath. Nice big room, comfortable beds, complimentary bottled water, plenty of tea/coffee and magnificant views. Breakfast was great and it seemed nothing was too much trouble for the chef. We also ate in the evenings on a couple of occasions and the food was very good. Lots of lovely outside seating to enjoy the views.
The TV was tiny and there was nowhere in the bathroom to put anything. Towels had to be stacked on the floor. A unit/shelves of some kind in the bathroom of room 1 would make a big difference. The fan in that bathroom struggled with the steam from the shower.
