cleanliness, location, and southern charm.
The refrigerator's water and ice maker were not working. I contacted the host, and they said a maintenance person would be coming. That person never came. Also, the house was advertised as having a private tennis court—NO SUCH THING.

Beauty house, very clean, decor was well done. We were very comfortable. Parking was not always available. We used Uber to get around Savannah. The street is busy.
