I really liked the hotel. It’s just a two-minute walk from the tram, which takes you to Eminönü, a central area for sightseeing and tourism in Istanbul. There are restaurants nearby, the area feels safe, and above all, the staff member downstairs provided excellent customer service. He was always willing to help and made our stay very pleasant.
I really liked this place. It’s not too close to the mosquita , so we didn’t have to deal with the noise early in the morning. On the contrary, this place was very quiet and peaceful. It’s also close to the tram, restaurants, and other convenient places. I felt very safe staying here.

We had no problem checking-in, the staff was nice and very helpful, the bed was comfortable, it is really close to train and metro station!
It’s near a main road and a building site which makes it really loud when windows are opened, so I would advise you to bring earplugs for better sleep. There was leakage from the pipes under the sink any time the water was running at a higher pressure so we had to place one of the towels (which was with an orange stain) under the sink to absorb the water. Also in the morning there was only hot water coming from the sink so we had to use the shower for cold water instead.
