The location was convenient to my destination(s). It was great that the hotel offered complementary breakfast.
The breakfast was not to consumption standards as there were lots of gnats and other flying bugs in the bread pantry. Breakfast was limited to a few choices that did not include any fresh protein or freshly prepared food. The presentation of breakfast in the lobby would have made my stay more welcoming if more care and thought went into the service.

The pillows are way too flat and soft. The morning staff was very loud and gossipy.

I liked the facilities that were on offer. The breakfast selection was fresh & plenty to choose from.
I didn't like our welcome at check-in. The receptionist was rude & surly. She dragged down my rating of the staff. The receptionist on duty the following morning was lovely & friendly. I think she should train the other receptionist on how to do her job.
Our room had a really unpleasant smell.
