On the main level, the great room/dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows that let you enjoy the panoramic views of the Red Rocks from inside the home. The space is large, open, and bright with soaring cathedral ceilings and solar shades when you need them. Relax on the stylish furniture while enjoying shows from the Smart TV with cable and apps or choose from a large selection of DVDs. The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably. The beautifully updated kitchen has all the appliances and amenities that you need. The updated master bath has a large soaking tub with Red Rock views and an oversized multi-headed steam shower. The second suite is on the lower level and has access from both stairways. This bedroom has a private patio and a full bath that has been updated. The loft has access to the master bath and both stairways. The loft has vaulted ceilings and is open to the great room, so it is not completely private. There are two desk areas, a media center, high-speed Wi-Fi, and game/play items as well. There is a stroller, playpen, baby/kid items, a high chair, and games available so your little ones will enjoy their stay as well. Bikes are also available if you want to ride them on nearby trails. The home is in a well-established, private, and quiet neighborhood centrally located just minutes from the 'Y' and Uptown. The home sits high on 0.8 acres of land with no obstructions or close neighbors.
