Great location. Room was sparse and clean. The coffee and refrigerator were a communal facility. The host is very kind and accommodating. He also gave us very valuable instructions and local tips on what to do, what to see, and how to get around Barcelona. This made our stay more fun and productive than it would've been, even for us as seasoned tourists.
Check-in has to be prearranged. It was no hassle and I would not say It's a negative, just a heads up.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room looked great and it is very well connected. There is a direct connection from the airport (Aerobús), everything went smoothly!
