We were there for the Metallica No Repeat Weekend.
The price was decent enough for 3 night's (wouldn't have found anything cheaper).
The Room was basic and for the price,was a decent enough room...ya get what ya pay for.
Really warm weekend and beforehand,asked for a fan in the room...which was provided.
There were no coffee in the room but luckily we brought our own.
Had to wait awhile for the codes to get in,despite me talking to someone saying we were on our way and them stating "that they're sending it over to me now".
The photo's are deceiving.
Should deffo have staff there at all time's (just my personal opinion) incase anything should happen.
Room need's a little touch up here and there.

The place was very easy to find, a 10 minute walk at most from the bus station and underground. Didn't hear a peep from anyone on the floors above or below at any point during our stay, and it's only a 5 or so minute walk from the police station, which for my partner, as it was their first time in London, was very comforting for them. Doors were locked by code, and not by key card or keys, so we didn't have to worry about losing them, or needing extra. TV had a handful of streaming services, including YouTube which is always a pleasant surprise, and the table was stocked with enough tea and coffee to last us the four days we were there.
We had a little bit of trouble checking in, as no one emailed us the door codes like they said they would, and we had to call their helpline. There were only three hangers in the wardrobe, despite it being a triple room (for three people). Not the end of the world as we just stacked, but still a little inconvenient.

We stayed in room 14. However the TV was not working. It had only had 2 pins for the socket. The kettle didn't work. So my partner was not able to have a hot drink. The fan didn't work. You had to take the batteries out from the remote for the TV and put it in the remote for the fan.!
The TV was not working. I feel for the price you pay for this hotel. This things should be in working order. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time the hair dryer was broken and it was letting out smoke with flames!
