About this house rental

Located in Pacific Grove, this lovely house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Stay in town at the light filled Emerald retreat, steps from all the attractions. Walk to Pacific Grove's charming downtown and Lover's Point, or hop over to the Aquarium or the Links in Pebble Beach in less than 5 minutes. This light, bright, 1355 sq ft, 3 br /1 bath home is situated "above the street" with peeks of the Bay from the front deck! Premium furniture, open dining and living rooms, gleaming kitchen and three spacious bedrooms. Minimum 30 day stay per the city of Pacific Grove. The space This beautiful home, nestled right in the quaint downtown of Pacific grove offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Incredibly central location, enjoy fine dining and restaurants just two blocks away. Walk to Lover's Point beach and the coastal recreation trail in 7 minutes, Or take a short jaunt to catch the sunset at Asilomar beach, and under 10 min drive to Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Carmel-By-The-Sea. The home opens up from an inviting veranda (with emerald trim), right into the large living room with a leather couch, oversized arm chairs, electric fireplace, and a smart TV for access to all your favorite apps. The living room is framed by windowed french doors that open out on to the sunny, flower-filled front deck - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. The doors also feature additional screened, sidelights that can be opened to let in the wonderful ocean breeze. Back inside, the dining area leads off from the living room, with an extra-long dining table, surrounded by custom windows. Attached, you'll find the large kitchen with lots of counter space, breakfast bar, stainless appliances - including a dishwasher - and a separate pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium cookware (we are big cooks :) ) so you can whip up amazing dinners during your stay. Down the hall from the living room and dining area, you'll find three spacious bedrooms and the bathroom with coastal decor. The first bedroom features two twin beds with premium linens, extra warm comforters and throws. The master bedroom has a queen size bed as well as two custom closets, and opens out onto the sunny, private backyard. The third bedroom has 1 double bed, and windowed french doors that open out onto the patio as well. Each bed has premium linens, extra warm comforters and throws. Each bedroom has closet space and shelving to make it easy to put away all your belongings. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with a handheld shower head, large vanity mirror, and extra storage space. On the patio, you'll be surrounded by beautiful flowers, and find a small table and four chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner. Inside the garage, you will find the washer, dryer, and a wagon full of beach accessories for your visit. While your car will not fit in the garage, you can park right on the driveway or in the free/open street parking. Extra Info: Additional sheets and towels provided. Pack n' Play available for families traveling with young ones. No smoking allowed. No pets.
