Living Room: This room offers plentiful sofa seating (the sofa is a queen sleeper), a Smart TV and a cozy see-through gas fireplace. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for three, and a convenient bar area with bar sink. Dining Area: This area offers a table with seating for eight guests. Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, 55” Smart TV, desk area, patio access, and a private bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and separate glass and tile shower. Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, 55” Smart TV Bedroom 3 – Queen size bed, 55” Smart TV Bedroom 4 – Two twin beds (can be converted to king size bed upon request and a $30 fee), 55” Smart TV Full Shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. This property is all and more than advertised!!! Furnishing were perfect and plenty of space for the 6 of us. We even cook Christmas dinner on the very nice grill!!

This was a great vacation spot. Centrally located to local hikes and attractions. The only thing that we were a little shocked by was that it was not a fenced in yard. That is something that we expected with the spa. It didn't bother us. The pictures looked other wise

This house is amazing!! We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of exploring. There are towels specifically for spa use, thank you! It is centrally located. The four bedrooms allowed everyone their own space. The family room is perfect for family movie and game night. Everything in the house is comfortable and well taken care of. We used the grill for dinner and it was so clean! The dining room was perfect for family dinners. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedding/sheets are soft and comfy. The gas fireplace worked so well and added comfy ambiance. We absolutely LOVED staying at this house and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Sedona area. One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!!

By far the best home we have stayed at! The cleanliness and attention to detail was awesome! We felt so at home, and didn't need anything during our stay - coffee, soaps, shampoos etc, everything was here for us- and we loved it! Beautiful home. Wonderful, peaceful stay with lifelong friends. Notes left around the home made it easy to navigate our way around the home. Amazing furnishings. All of the comforts of home were thought about. Very lovely place to stay and enjoy all that Sedona has to offer.

The house was beautiful and clean upon arriving. The only and I express only complaint we had was the 3 back bedrooms were fairly warm. It seems the air conditioner may not be big enough for the whole house. That is the only complaint we had.

The view from the tub at night was amazing. You can stargaze from the backyard while enjoying the bath tub. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. The house feels huge and spacious. The beds were super comfy. The house was so homie. We had an amazing time. Thank you!

We were in Sedona for a Women’s Soul Retreat. The house and location was absolutely stunning. The house was very warm and welcoming. I was very impressed with it being completely furnished with all our needs. We were comfortable and enjoyed the home so much, that I will most definitely be interested in it again as a rental. The only thing that startled us is when the Maintenance guy for the property showed up unannounced to drain and fill the jacuzzi. He came around the side to the back of the house while I was sitting outside. The jacuzzi was pleasant and clean. Truly a beautiful home. Thank you!

We loved the space. The living area was spacious and perfect for our group of six. There wasn’t a lot of clutter and it was all comfortable. We all agreed that we would definitely consider staying there again. The location was perfect to get to Uptown and West Sedona.

My family and I truly had a great vacation in Sedona. This home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the convenience to hiking in West Sedona, the privacy, and all the amenities. The home has everything you need for a great vacation including a beautiful kitchen, family room, and hot tub. We cooked most meals at the property and appreciated the grill and huge family table. We enjoyed the hot tub and we’re thankful for use of the Red Rock pass and a small cooler. The beds were comfortable and we were impressed at how clean and organized the home was! We would happily return to this property and recommend it for larger families!

House was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time in this spacious home. Plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out. Loved the hot tub. Communication with owner was quick and responsive. Absolutely no issues. We would stay again if we come back to Sedona.

we planned this vacation for Grampa's 70th birthday party, and it was "the best vacation ever" according to one of the young adults in the group. The accommodation made it so easy for us to meet as a group for some TV watching and meals, and also retret to individual rooms for some quiet time with our own TV's and rooms. The house is stunning. We plan to go back!
