We loved the view! Couldn't have asked for a better view of the Lake. Also location was very peaceful and away enough from the touristic chaos of halstatt. There was a good restaurant nearby on the lake as well. Check in and out was easy. Very peaceful stay.
The bathroom was a bit crammed and shower gets water all over the place.

Great location by the lake, the place is clean and I had a little balcony facing the mountain to relax a bit. I did not use the breakfast but it seemed decent. The cleaning staff is great and will adapt to your schedule in the morning.
The room is tiny and quite bare. No kettle, no trash bin, a cardboard cup in the bathroom, no bathroom carpet. There's a constant buzzing sound coming from the bathroom / other rooms which I suspect is tied to the water pump.

Balkony
The room was very small. The self-check-in process and PIN instructions were confusing, and the property seemed to operate largely on autopilot, with the exception of the breakfast service.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and we were unable to find anyone to provide more towels when we needed them.
Overall, there are a few areas where better communication and guest support would improve the experience.

Fine stay, amazing location! Didn't see any staff for check in, small rooms, tiniest bathroom, didn't know about the additional parking costs, overall overpriced for what you get!
