Convenience to ocean drive, room was very clean and comfortable. The contact for the room (NOT the reception) was extremely helpful and responsive. We really appreciated all the help and quick answers. We were also thanked for leaving the room clean after we left.
The reception desk was horrible at night. They didnt know how to handle valet after 11pm. Was given instructions by the valet team just outside and the reception desk of the hotel said they dont deal with them outside at all. After a phone call to them it seems as if they did. Then one night i got an attitude from the front desk for the same reason. It was pretty late (3am july 13th wed morning), seemed as if i was disturbing his sleep. His hat was low over his eyes and wouldnt make eye contact. Wound up taking my keys up to the room and leaving the car in the valet location until the am. Thankfully the valet knew my vehicle from the couple of days before.
Also the hotel is above a drag bar who plays loud music throughout the day and worse at night. So if your looking for some peace and quiet look else where. This does end around 10-11pm to be fair.
For the price of the room i should have been at least notified of this.

Location is great. The apartment is also very good with good appliances and furniture. Terrace is excellent, the only issue is that you are on top of a hardcore club and the sound really gets in there.
Bathroom sliding door did not work properly. Apartment was not the cleanest. Lot of sound coming from club downstairs for long periods of time, makes the great terrace almost unusable.
