Nice design of all the details in the hotel. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the fish a lot in the garden. The washing sets are great. Dinner is valuable for the price and great food for both breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff and peaceful location.

This is such a wonderful place to stay! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it boasts a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, offering a truly relaxing escape.
The accommodation itself is fantastic. The rooms feature modern design, and they are spacious and comfortable. The garden is another highlight, adorned with maple trees, colourful koi fish, graceful bridges and gentle flowing water — the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. What’s more, complimentary drinks are available in the lobby at all times, a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated.
The staff here are warm, polite, attentive and highly efficient, making our stay all the more pleasant. We also loved the breakfast area; it’s a lovely space serving a rich selection of distinctive local breakfast foods.
There are plenty of great attractions nearby too. We enjoyed visiting the local river, a unique railway station, a delicious eel rice restaurant and several fascinating museums.
We absolutely hope to come back again in autumn to admire the beautiful fall maple leaves! Highly recommend this lovely stay to everyone.

I liked some of the staffed that assisted, but not all. The bar service was really nice.
The lady that helped us check in was not as nice, seemed like her attitude did not like us. When I booked, I selected 2 adults, 2 children but for some reason it only showed a room for 2 adults and 1 child, but on the description it looked like 4 can stay in there. However, instead of a nice greeting we were not greeted as warmly from the lady that spoke more fluent english. We were charged over $500 more just to add another person, it should be the fault to the booking platform not us. Although the hotel was nice, that experience did not want me to come back anymore when I visit. The other staff members were very nice though, but this would be my first and last.
