The house is very comfortable for whomever, including for a big family or a group of friends. It is perfectly equipped with everything from bedding sheets, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, and soap to kitchen appliances and utensils. Everything is of good quality. The house has efficient, practically noiseless HVAC system. Fire places are also very efficient . Furniture is comfortable. The house is located in the beautiful forrest where elks come to the front doors and porches. Air, and silence are superior. Cuple thing to improve: we would recommend the home owners is to install general water filtration system not only for drinking water in the kitchen, but for all water in the house. Currently, water from faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen has horrible strong smell of either iron, or rust. Honestly, non of us was able to brash tooth and wash face and hands using that water, and even it was not a pleasure to take shower, bcause all body smelled like water after that. We bought the gallons of pure water to tooth and face, but it was impossible to use it in the showers. Internet practically did not work, so TV and computers were unavailable not only inside the house but outside , on the porches, as well.
Also, it should be stressed that the house is located quite high in the mountains, and for those who do not like to drive on steep road up (tricky with star turns), specifically in the darkness, it could be a challenge.
We (family of 5) had a great time during long weekend in this house. Peace and peace!!!

Great home for a group. 6 ladies had plenty of space. Loved that each room had a private bath. Hot tub was great, took a while to heat up but once there we thoroughly enjoyed it. Only thing to be aware of is the windy road to the house. If you have anyone that gets car sick it’s better to drive in from the Sonoma side.

My family and I rent a home about once a year to hang out and enjoy amenities we don’t always have at home. We have never had a bad experience until now. As soon as we entered the property, we noticed that bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, and there were several items in disrepair. We were happy to be away so we settled in for the 1st evening of 4 nights. The very next day we began experiencing trouble with the stove. Some knobs didn’t turn, one burner wouldn’t adjust and by the evening we realized that one of the burners was emitting gas even when turned off. We immediately called the 800 number given by Vacasa and reached an operator who’s first suggestion was for us to get out with no alternative of somewhere else to stay. We were able to locate the gas shut-off to the stove while I was on the phone with the agent who transferred me to the property manager. The manager apologized profusely and said we would be getting compensated for the trouble. She mentioned that the previous occupants had had a similar experience and she was embarrassed. She said she would also contact someone to come out and look at the stove. After that day, however, no one called or showed up. On the 2nd day the microwave stopped working I called several times after that to see what was happening, and each time I got sympathetic “We’re so sorry you are not having a good experience” and then nothing.

Well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated. Roomy. Comfortable beds. Lots of bathrooms. Gorgeous setting despite proximity to busy road. Pool was lovely, unheated, but refreshing and clean. Cleaning device was in the pool and in the way. Unsure of how to get it out of the way. Hot tub would not heat up. Difficult to lock sliding door in kitchen. Hot tub and pool are big draws for guests booking properties. Every effort should be made to ensure those amenities are functional.
Warnings re winding road and spotty wifi were spot on.

House is really great ! Wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities.
The location is great, right in same distance from Napa,Sonoma and Callistoga, where you can find the major wineries, but it's all the way, about 2-3 miles, on top off the hill with lots of curves on the road. Wish we had a nice view of the valley from that high spot...but no view. Still very nice outside landscape though.

This house is absolutely huge and is located up a long and windy road between Napa and Sonoma counties. The house is well-equipped with a pool and hot tub and lots of outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and even a gas grill. While the kitchen isn't very updated, everything functioned properly and we had all of the pans and dishware that we needed to cook at the house (the knives are pretty bad quality though). The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and large. We did have a pesky woodpecker that banged on the house window starting around 6:30am each day, which was the only real negative of the trip, but that's just part of being up in the woods. We had a great stay and hope to come back again in the future. Thank you for being dog friendly so that we could bring our fur babies!

The highlight was the beautiful pool. It’s not heated but the hot days plus the pool cover kept it very warm.
The layout is very roomy with 2 levels and 2 lounging areas. Outdoor spaces are beautiful but in August it’s impossible to take any food or drink outside due to yellow jackets.
Beds and linens very comfy! Showers very roomy.
The owner should do some badly needed renovations such as living room “carpet” with a big hole in it. Also the stairway carpet with bleach stain. Also invest in glassware that is not clouded by the dishwasher. A few things like that have been neglected.
The winding mountain road (no shoulders and drop-offs) is the price to pay for this beautiful location. It is not advisable to drive it at night!

The house is lovely, but Vacasa needs to be better with maintenance. The balustrade leading from up to downstairs is unattached and lead to a serious fall! Thankfully the stairs are carpeted, which softened the fall. Window coverings downstairs didn’t work and therefore locked in open position. The hot tub didn’t work and despite calling Vacasa, nothing was done to fix it. C’mon Vacasa! For the price we pay you should resolve problems immediately!

Beautiful and comfortable home for weekend family vacation. We were able to check in a bit early which was helpful in getting organized before the rest of the family arrived. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. It was nice to have a BBQ.
Everyone loved the pool!!!
The window opening control in the upstairs twin bedroom and downstairs master did not work.
The hot tub took all day to heat to just 90• and was uncomfortable and difficult to get in/out of.
Left side front burner on stove is not working
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

We chose the location for the seclusion to have privacy and peace and quiet in the down times. The choice was spot on! We had plenty of room for everyone, all the amenities we could need and reasonably close to the activities we had planned. We did encounter a couple of issues but they were resolved as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend the property to another vacationer!

What an incredible drive up to Trinity Vista! The house was in the perfect place to drive to many different vineyards in both Napa and Sonoma. Kitchen and main room were comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The bottom floor master suite was very nice and cool. Perfect for families or just a get away with your spouse and enjoy a few balconies while sipping wine.

My gals and I had a lovely long weekend in wine country in this house. Beds and the futon were comfy, living room and fireplace were nice and good for hanging out as a group. Lots of appliances in the kitchen. So much space! 7 of us could do yoga simultaneously in the lower living room alone.
My reasons for giving this 4 stars instead of 5 was for a ceiling leak in the lower living room that was not disclosed - we had to step over tarps and towels to go out onto the deck & empty the bucket catching dripping water (the weather this winter might be the first time this house has seen real rain). The hot tub also wasn't heating up on the first night, and support staff said it never gets very hot anyway and wanted me to stay and troubleshoot it over text. But once I made it clear we couldn't do that and they needed to just send someone, they did! Then the hot tub worked like a charm and probably will for future guests.
We all thought that, despite the leak and the hot tub, the house was well worth the money and really made the weekend special. It feels like it was built exactly for a fancy getaway for a bunch of adults.

The house is nice especially the kitchen and living area. The bathrooms could use a little updating and the outside deck area needs some attention. The drive up to the house is a steep very winding road which might not be for everyone. There was good access to both Sonoma and the Yountville area but you had to drive the steep curvy road.

We arrived on time and were really excited to rent this place, that pool so blue and looked new. Only, once we got there and opened the pool it was green! Then noticed the furniture around the pool (not pictured) was old, and the cushions were missing from many of the chairs. Ok, well, check the hot tub. Yep, smelled like chlorine (strong), but the same green. We could not use either, and so we didn't. When I called Vacasa, they said, ok, we will have someone come right out and service the pool. My response was, great, that will really help the next guest, but I'm leaving tomorrow. Then we noticed the outside of this place has not been touched, nothing like the beautiful pictures. The upper deck had a sectional that was stained in every cushion, and the picnic table was stained with oil. The grill? Well three out of four burners isn't bad. I called again, no response; I emailed with pictures, but no response. Then I finally got a call from someone, and when I told them how disgusting the outside was, they asked if I could forward the pictures to them, No response. I am now home, and the place I rented "because of the pool" had a pool I couldn't even use. They never offered to make it right or give me another rental. I would think twice about renting from this company. It is one thing to have a few issues, it is quite another to be so concerned about getting paid, that you avoid your customer when they have an issue.

House was well appointed. The internet was very poor. The public WiFi worked much better than the password protected WiFI. Hot Tub did not heat up and the blinds in the living room would not open. We called Vacasa, reported the problem but no one responded. Pool was not serviced as advertised and as a result smelled pretty bad after 2-3 days use. They were meant to come on a Thursday - but no one showed up. Overall the property was fine but it needs better management.

We loved staying here and will definitely stay again. The property is massive and very clean. The only thing we were a bit bummed about was the grill being out of gas. There was 3 tanks near the grill but they were all empty. The pool was easy to use.

We had a great time visiting the wineries, horseback, riding, electric trike rides. It was a great property for family to spread out have their own space. The only thing is the road going up to the property is very very Winding small Road. But beautiful views. You just need to be very careful.

We loved our stay here. Excellent property. Very comfortable and homey. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The house is lovely but in a busy winding road with treacherous rock stairs down to the house from the driveway. The house was nice but we had woodpeckers slamming into the windows from 6:am on every day. The pool was very clean and warm but the hot tub never worked in spite of multiple phone calls to the property manager.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The home was well appointed, clean and spacious for our family of 5. The pool was great. An FYI that the cell service can be spotty but the WiFi worked well.

This is a beautiful house that has an amazing layout, and fantastic pool. We stayed with some grandparents and kids and ourselves and it was nicely spaced out with lots of room. The pool is fantastic and was warm and very clean.
Here are some areas that really need to be improved
-there are not a lot of knives or cutlery that you can use in the kitchen. For example there are no steak knives and only one nice knife to cut and chop to cook with. All the knives are also very dull.
- The grill ran out of gas even though there were three containers there for our stay of one week we used the grill twice. I would’ve expected it to have a full tank in order for us to use.
- there were only two dish towels that were ratty, stained and torn.
- The kitchen was missing some basic items that I would expect to be in a rental like this and this price point. For example there were no Tupperware, plastic wrap, foil to use in the kitchen.
- The toaster didn’t work except for one side, and the oven needs to be reset- Things on one side of the oven cooked faster than the other.
- all of the bath towels were stained or had been way overused
- all of the toilets were stained yellow and the water smelled very poorly, I think the septic tank or the well needed to be fixed
- The bathroom downstairs has a very curious tub/shower that is incredibly hard to get in and out. We couldn’t put grandparents in that room, even my husband and I Who are very mobile had trouble getting in and out of it.
- And the house has automatic blinds, but unfortunately half of them are broken or crooked, and could not go up and down.
- The screen door was off the rails which made it hard to turn off the air-conditioning and open the doors to let the breeze come through. And it made it extremely hard to use that entrance to go in and out of the house
Overall the kitchen was the poorest part of the house and really needed a lift, for example drawers didn’t slide well and almost fell out of the cupboards.
It should also be noticed if this house is up on the hill on Trinity Road. If you don’t like winding Roads and this isn’t the house for you. It isn’t a place that you head home to after winetasting all day.

We had an amazing girls weekend! This house is exceptionally clean and the online pictures don’t do it any justice - it is way better in person! The pool and outdoor spaces were amazing! I hope to go back!

Great place to stay for a wedding in Napa
The place was great! A group of us stayed here for a friend's wedding down in Napa. It was clean, the rooms were exactly as described, the pool was awesome, and it had all the amenities you'd expect.
It's a bit of a drive to get up and down the hill, but well worth it! We were even able to get ride shares up the hill, just make sure you reserve them ahead of time.
