Breakfast was good - muffins, bagels and fruit. Also hard boiled eggs. The place was super cute, clean and close to everything - trails and downtown. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
The jets in our tub weren't working, and the bathroom was quite small and didn't vent very well.

I really liked the Sedona Creek which the Inn not only overlooked, but had a stairway down to a little park with benches and bbq on the creek. I may not have went down to the creek had the nice lady at the desk not recommended it. You can even swim in the creek if you want, but there were so many shady trees that it was cool enough already. She also recommended hiking trails, one of which I hiked on.
I had done a very long drive when I got to Sedona and was very tired. I couldn't find the parking lot at first and it was very dark. There were no shoulders to pull over on the main road and many round-abouts that I didn't know which way to go on. But I eventually found the parking lot and got in. There were also a lot of fires in the area which closes many hiking trails and roads including the 89A connecting Sedona and Flagstaff. So I had to take I-17 to and from Sedona.

We liked the location. Breakfast was decent.
Bed / mattress was too soft. Shower / tub extremely uncomfortable to get in and out from... almost unsafe! We had to bring suitcases up stairs.
