About this towable trailer rental

Situated in Sevierville, this lovely towable trailer for $125 per night is a great choice for your next break. ****GREAT LOCATION FOR EASY PICK UP**** EXIT 407 ~Sevierville~ Pigeon Forge~ Gatlinburg LOCAL DELIVERY & SET UP AVAILABLE~ NO DAILY INSURANCE FEES while stationary (only pay insurance on the days you tow) ***7th night FREE with weekly rental*** PIONEER FEATURES: 32ft 6354lbs dry one slide out Table & sofa in slide out Electric awning, stabilizers, & jack Full size bunks Shower/tub combo sink in bathroom Bathroom entry from outside Outdoor shower Blue lights underneath camper Private Queen room with TV Propane or electric hot water heater 6'8" ceilings SLEEPS: 8 adults. Queen bed with new memory foam topper, table folds to a bed(child), sofa bed(child) and a set of FULL 72x48 bunk beds(sleeps 4) with ladder and black out curtains. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets. AMENITIES: 2 smart TVs with antenna & cable, Microwave, k-cup/regular coffee maker, single electric burner, electric heater, ducted AC/heat, indoor/outdoor blue tooth radio, blue back lighting, 3 burner stove, oven, full size fridge(propane/electric), outdoor butane burner. INCLUDED: Linens, dishes, kettle, basic utensils, 6 camping chairs, 10x10 canopy, connection hoses/cords. 2 Propane tanks included in rental that does not have to be refilled before returning. You will need to supply your own paper products, firewood, charcoal, etc. DELIVERY: $150 minimum fee (determined by mileage). 3 DAY MINIMUM on deliveries over 20 miles & holidays. We will level, stabilize, & connect all available hook ups. A text will be sent with instructions once set up if you aren't there. At pick up we will empty the tanks. You will need to take our trash, wash dishes, leave all linens on the bed, put wet towels in shower & cut off the water. Most campgrounds have a check out time at 11 am. Campers aren't due back until 6pm so please make prior arrangements. You can book your campsite for an extra day if we aren't available to pick up by 11 so that we can pick up later in the day. TOWING: By appointment only. Pick up location is given after booking. You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller. Trailer weight- DRY 6534lbs, Hitch 680lbs, GVWR 7700lbs. Must provide Liability rental insurance by going to www.mbatrailers.com Enter Policy #403721, last six vin#, & towing dates. You can also have us send you a Liability Release form to have signed by your insurance agent and emailed to [email protected]. No daily insurance fees while stationary(only pay insurance for the days you are towing) OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric/water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. If you do not have one you can rent one of ours. Fresh water tank- 41gal, gray water tank -35gal, black tank- 35gal. The fridge can run on electric/propane. The stove, furnace, & hot water heater are propane. AC runs on 30amp electricity only. Lights & water pump run on battery. Portable Waste Tanks- Available upon request. Easily empty waste tanks into the portable tank when full and tow behind your car to the dump station without having to tow the camper.
