Enjoy time with your family in our quiet large backyard which features a BBQ, a cozy patio fire pit sitting area, and a hot tub. Start your morning with a stroll to the beach or a bike ride on the bike path, enjoying the views from Palos Verdes to Marina del Rey. Our home features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, off of the spacious dining room/living room. There are two bedrooms on this level. Master Bedroom with queen size bed with a private bathroom/shower and dressing area, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a large full guest bathroom. Downstairs level has a full bathroom adjacent to a large private bedroom with a queen bed, a den that opens up into the backyard with a sofa/futon that can sleep two. AMENITIES 50” flat screen HDTV’s in living room + sound system, flat screen HDTV in rooms, fast wireless internet, all movie channels. Copier/color printer/scanner, charging station for phones and tablets. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella. Heater & Air conditioner, fans. GREAT LOCATION! Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, access to LAX and Long Beach Airport. Just a 3 minute drive to Riviera Village (a block from the beach) where you can enjoy dining at excellent restaurants while watching the beautiful sunsets, visit the cafe’s, bars and boutiques on a leisure afternoon stroll. Enjoy surfing, bike riding on the beach bike path, fishing at the pier, or watching the dolphins swim by. We're from Arizona, we don't have too many beaches. This house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Most of all, it was a few minutes drive to the beach! It's close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Our teen aged grandkids loved it also.

We live in North Redondo but rented this house in the South Redondo neighborhood we someday wish to live in and it did not disappoint. We had friends & family in town staying with us - We were walking distance from the awesome Riveria restaurant area and boardwalk for beautiful ocean view walks. The house was exactly what we hoped for: comfortable and wonderful for 6 adults and 2 kids to stay in. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house was as described and had everything we needed. Brian was responsive and flexible. He met us during check in. Backyard was really nice, we had several meals out there and the kids even jumped into the hot tub! Neighborhood was nice, close to the beaches. Great stay.

This house was everything It was described to be. The host was very gracious and accommodating. The location couldn't have been any better as it sits in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood close to shops restaurants and the beach. We highly recommend staying here.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Brian’s home in Redondo Beach!! For starters: Brian was amazing! He met us at the property (with our 5 kids) and showed us around making us feel right at home. The home was absolutely beautiful! Even more spacious than the online profile described! The beds were all extremely comfortable, and the home was spotless! We were able to cook every meal at the home, with every cooking utensil you can imagine! I forgot my keurig- but Brian had a keurig and cups on site! If we didn’t have our 5 kids with us, my husband and I would have walked to the beach every day- but instead- we drove 5 short minutes- EVERY DAY- to enjoy the very quiet, Redondo Beach. We also loved the cute village with the shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We will DEFINITELY be coming back every year (and hopefully more) to visit this lovely beach house! Thank you, Brian!!

This beautiful and cozy Redondo Beach home is precisely what we had in mind for our family get-away, and the hosts Brian and Angelica are very friendly and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The energy of the home is inviting and very peaceful. The space is charming, comfortable, very clean, spacious, and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The family room is a large open space that allowed for us to spend time together, and there was also plenty of space for people to have their own down-time. The gorgeous backyard includes a fire pit and hot tub where we spent quality time sharing stories below the night sky. The lights hanging from the tree and around the backyard wall are a lovely touch that set an extra cozy ambiance. We didn't want to leave!
