Nestled in New Braunfels, this lovely house for $612 per night is a great choice for your next trip. What could be better than a Texas Hill Country vacation on a gorgeous part of the Guadalupe River known as Lake Dunlap? How about staying in one of the most beautiful vacation homes in New Braunfels? That's exactly where you'll be when you stay at Cypress Shores, a brand new build that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sitting on the shores of Lake Dunlap under large cypress trees you'll find your Hill Country getaway. Step inside this beautiful home where you'll be greeted by modern art and decor and sweeping Guadalupe River views. To the left of the entryway, you'll find the first two bedrooms. To your left, you'll find the first bedroom that offers a cozy queen-sized bed, gorgeous tall ceilings, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV located above the dresser, and a closet providing plenty of storage space. Outside of the bedroom and to your left, you'll come across two doors in the hallway. Behind the first door, you'll find a closet for additional space. The second door is where you'll find the washroom complete with a full washer and dryer. Straight ahead is where you'll find the second bedroom complete with two twin beds and a spacious closet. Just outside of the second bedroom is where you'll find the first bathroom complete with a tub and shower combo. Head back down the hall and over to the rest of the home where the luxury continues. The first door to the right of the entryway leads to the large garage. The second door is where you'll find the third bedroom complete with both a twin and full-sized bed and beautiful decor. Behind the third door is where you'll find the half bathroom. Through the hallway is where you'll be greeted by a stunning open floor concept that includes the kitchen and living area of every vacationer's dream. The large custom kitchen is outfitted with modern, stainless steel appliances and is filled with cooking and dining essentials. In the center of the kitchen sits the island where you'll find plenty of counter space, a sink, and additional seating. Just past the kitchen is the dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight and gorgeous views of the river, providing beautiful scenery for your meal. The large living area offers plenty of space to relax with a large sectional, two cute ottomans, and a large flat-screen mounted over a cozy fireplace. Around the corner of the living area is where you'll find the master bedroom and dare we say, you'll be in for a treat! The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, situated in front of a mounted flat-screen TV and fireplace. To the left of the bed is a bathroom that has to be seen to be believed. The master bathroom offers a vanity with dual sinks and plenty of counter space. Straight ahead is where you'll find a walk-in closet. Next to the closet is where you'll find serenity in the form of a gorgeous bathtub inside of a large shower. More than just a shower, it's its very own room! It doesn't stop there. The master bedroom offers access to the covered concrete patio that serves as a great gathering spot. The patio offers additional seating to enjoy a meal with friends and family as well as a large grill available for those great Hill Country summer BBQs. From the patio, a rock walkway leads you through the gate, down the brand new rock staircase (with railing) to the brand new wooden dock, giving you direct access to the river for a cool dip or some fishing. The deck is also surrounded by large beautiful trees providing plenty of shade. Cypress Shores may be our newest listing but with its beauty and amenities, this home is sure to book up fast! Beautiful home, comfortable beds, lovely yard on the water, quiet, good location. Perfect for two large families with kids! Had everything we needed. Floors were filthy throughout the home. Not swept, not mopped, visibly dirty. Everything else appeared clean.

It was clean and pretty good location for the activities we wanted to do. But the pics make you think there will be water access - at least to sit on a dock or something… but you'd have to have the water up 15 feet in order for that to happen. They also don't do much to clean off the outdoor patio areas- lots of bug residue. But the rooms are big. The kitchen is nice. They have the big ball ice cubes in the freezer which is nice. But overall, it was overpriced for the value. And the master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all. I never heard the kids complain.

The property was very nice and met our needs overall. However, there were a couple of issues: 1) Parking- based on the listed house rules, it states you can park 3 vehicles. However, the driveway only accommodated 2 vehicles. When we asked the property mgmt company what to do, they shared paid park n ride options away from the house which was disappointing and inconvenient. 2) Kitchen supplies- limited pot and pan set. Bring your own if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Overall, beyond these hiccups, it is a great property with quick access to Gruene and New Braunfels.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was new and had a cozy and refreshing vibe. The furnishings were well thought out and gorgeous. We had a day or two of rain while we were there but we were all fine with staying in this beautiful home. We hope to make it back one day.

This was a beautiful clean house! It was great! We enjoyed the back patio as well. Very minor details: the toilet seat in the bathroom by laundry was a little loose, very little cookware, need wine glasses and there were no trash bags under the sink. We saw a few ants. The house was extremely nice, we totally enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, brand new property right on the water. 10 minutes to Schlitterbaun and Gruene to ride the Guadalupe river. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The house management was responsive and helped with anything we needed. We enjoyed our family time here! We will definitely be back!
