Comfortable, clean apartment with easy self check-in, but noisy at night

Everything was comfortable, clean and well kept. Check-in was very convenient and fully self-service: both the entrance and the apartment door open from your phone, so there is no need to meet anyone or collect keys. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The only downside is noise. The bedrooms face a busy street and the windows are old, so street sounds come through clearly. Night-time waste collection was loud enough to wake us up. Better soundproofing would make this place perfect.

7 / 10

Had a wonderful time.

Spacious and modern

The door lock system was clunky

8 / 10

Great place to stay

Great interior for a family stay

Process for entering is a little complex

8 / 10

Great value, well located spacious apartment

Great location - close to metro and bus routes. Walking distance to Venetian towers, Poble Espanol and Montjuïc Palace.

Ensuite bathroom is not separated from rest of main bedroom by a door and need to take care exiting the shower (there are two steps).

Ottimi: la posizione, la presenza dell'aria condizionata necessaria a settembre, avere due bagni, uso della cucina, vicinanaza a negozi

le finiture (tinteggiatura, pavimenti) potrebbero essere migliorate

Bon emplacement, grand appartement

Pas d’insonorisation avec les voisins, pas de doubles vitrages, très bruyant pour dormir avec les deux chambres côté route
