This brand new midcentury architectural home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental house that sleeps 6. Special features: Very family friendly with bunk beds and games for the kids. Washer and dryer. Float in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or play some of the fun outdoor games like Monster Connect 4 and Jenga, or bocce ball. Cook meals on the outdoor grill and enjoy the lighted outdoor patio area. There is a 4K SmartTV in every room, each with built in Roku for streaming both live and recorded TV programs and movies. The home features a large photovoltaic solar array on the roof, and a Tesla Wall Connector in the garage to charge your Model S, Model X, Model Y or Model 3! Other electric vehicles may be able to charge using the NEMA 14-50 outlet (50 amp 240 volt), please confirm your car has this adapter. POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. A small group of friends and I stayed for a long weekend away, and this house was a great home base. The kitchenware and appliances were perfect for cooking meals. The pool and jacuzzi were nice as well. Beds were mostly comfortable, though the one in the master bedroom was slightly soft and lumpy. The shower in the master bath was very slow to drain. There was a windstorm the first night that caused a lot of debris to fall into the pool, so we didn’t use it the rest of the trip.

The home is beautiful with a nice desert view. The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining. The place has so much to offer, with some definite pluses but a few misses. Very nice pool and hot tub. Pool was good for a hot day and the hot tub perfect for cool evenings. The property manager had someone come over to move the trash/recycle bins to the street and return when complete which was very nice. However, while the home was supplied with plenty of toilet paper, there wasn't a tissue box to be had. If you plan to actually use the kitchen, I recommend you check with the property manager and request a complete list of kitchen contents. Previous VRBOs had some basics including a few standard spices, but here, there was only salt, pre-ground pepper and olive oil. Literally, that was all. The ice maker wasn't working and when we arrived and there was only 1 small ice tray half-full of ice. We eventually found 1 more ice tray but we arrived on a 102 degree day. A fresh supply of ice would have been appreciated. We had to use one of the only 3 mixing bowls to store the ice. Cooking utensils were also an odd mix. There were 3 coffee makers and even a coffee grinder, which was nice, but there was only 1 barbecue-size cooking spatula, too big for kitchen use. There were rubber spatulas and an assortment of wooden spoons but we couldn't find a spatula suitable for the frying pans. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again but I might pack a little differently next time.

We love everything about this house! Clean and organized. Easy to communicate with staff. Love the layout of the house. Kitchen had all the utensils I needed. Easy check in and out. Adults/teens enjoyed the pool AND jacuzzi! We hated to leave! Wish I could've started longer! Follow the rules of the house and you won't be disappointed!

This was a great experience with my family. We enjoyed the pool and fhe scenery. Only complaints were the beds (uncomfortable) Overall, it was a wonderful place! Defenately will be returning in the future.
