The property is very good for 3 or 4 families. You have everything you need there

Big terrace, big living, cosy beds, barbeque on the location.

very nice location and cozy place. the rooms are comfortable and clean.
there are 2 bathrooms and both of them need renovation. there is no microwave in the kitchen, that could have been useful.
