We had a wonderful time . The place was beautiful. Clean and beautiful . Spacious. The master suite was amazing . Large soaking tub. We had plenty room to spread out and my family enjoyed themselves. We would definitely do it again . The hoist was excellent

The beds were all so very comfortable. We slept so good! Loved the park across the street. Only negative was some cleanliness issues. Found moldy spaghetti and meatballs in the oven. The smoke detector in the dining room was disconnected from the ceiling with wires hanging down. Found towels and extra bedding in the dryer.

Our team travels often for business trips. This property was very low quality and dirty. The basement level room reeked of cat urine. The smell was so potent it would creep upstairs into the kitchen area. I called the property manager and they sent a "maintenance guy" over who basically sprayed air freshener and left. The urine smell returned within hours. The bottom floor needs to have a lot of work done before renting to anybody else. it is wildly unacceptable. The towels available for use are disgusting and low quality. No shampoo, body wash, or conditioner. The unit next to ours had squatters living in it. We could hear them coming and going throughout the night despite the front door and windows before boarded up. This property would make sense at $150/n.

The Brownstones location was good it was a 10 min drive to the Harbor, spacious, decor was amazing, beds comfortable, and the host was responsive, I would bring extra toiletries like tissue, and hand soap. I Would stay here again

Me and fellas came up to celebrate and go to the football game. This place is very clean and the beds feel amazing. A/c was nice and cold. All of the TV apps were on every TV in every room. Very spacious and the carpet on the steps were nice. Location looks a lil sketch but it was safe and all Ubers were there in less than 10min. Overall a great stay and I recommend!
