The location is absolutely perfect! Surrounded by many dinning options, night-life, boutiques, historic culture and beautiful views of Old Quebec City! Our room was the perfect size for a cozy couples stay. Very clean, well maintained and the cute balcony offered the perfect touch.
The few things my Husband and I felt the property fell short on was there is no room service and the loud music from the restaurants downstairs. If you are looking to dine-in you will have to either use DoorDash or UberEats or go pickup your takeout order. The other downfall was the loud club music that lasts well into the night and early morning hours. If you are hoping for a peaceful evening or to fall asleep peacefully before midnight this wouldn’t be the place to stay.

The location is walkable to many popular museums and attractions including Old Quebec. The hotel is in a restaurant row, so there are lots of dining options. Two good restaurants are even attached to the hotel.
Remote check-in worked well, and we corresponded with staff easily via email when we had questions or concerns. The room was clean, bright and unique -- not the typical hotel room.
The room was high tech with sleek amenities, such as a high-end Japanese-style toilet and a control panel to operate lights, drapes and thermostat. Those were cool, EXCEPT there were no instructions for how to operate any of them. The icons there were, were in French only. Given how many people visit from away, it would be helpful to provide multi-lingual, or at least bilingual operating instructions.

This is a beautiful property and the room was lovely. Location was a short walk to upper area of Quebec, and perfectly positioned amongst bars and restaurants. Communication from the hotel was excellent, they regularly guide you before you check-in, during your stay and post stay. The restaurant next door is also amazing.
These weren't issues for me, but the room was up 2 flights of stairs, so be prepared if you have a heavy bag. Also, there are no staff on site, so if you want face to face interaction it isn't available.
