Located on one acre fenced lot with mature trees ten minutes away from historical Julian downtown where you can explore different shops and try a variety of restaurants. You can enjoy a walk on a paved road around the neighborhood with minimal traffic and watch dears and other wildlife along the way or, you can drive and explore other hikes and parks in the area.

The property is beautiful! The house is very spacious and has everything you would need! Great sleeping spaces and plenty of bathrooms! Outdoor patio area great for morning coffee and watching the birds and deer! Would definitely stay here again!
