The check in employee on 2/20/24 was very kind, attentive and very helpful! The continental breakfast lady was RUDE! She sat at a table in front of the TV ignoring me when I asked what was in the silver skillet that was closed, I didn’t know if I could open it or she was in the process of cooking something. When she did finally give me the time of day she made a hand motion that I was bothering her. A few minutes later I asked if one of the coffee carafes were decaf, she said she’d make some decaf if I wanted it, twenty minutes later still no decaf made while she sat watching TV. She then finally made it I waited smitten minutes and never told me it was ready, my husband said he thinks she brought it out, the large coffee thermos wasn’t put together, I couldn’t draw the coffee out, at this time she was sitting in a different chair with her back to the counters, the desk clerk was facing the counter, I said to her something is wrong with the thermos, she ignored me and said to her coworker, the desk clerk, something about me needing help with the coffee, he hit up to help me. By this time I had to go back to my room and was walking out with a yogurt, she told the desk clerk I was taking food out of the area, he told me to put it back, that I couldn’t take food out of the area, then she said under her breath, there’s sign’s everywhere….very rude!!!!! Not sure why I couldn’t take a yogurt out when they sell chips and pop and found remnants of that all over the hotel floors.

Have stayed at many Fairfield Nn and suites. Checked into room….someone had been sleeping in bed! 😳
Went to front desk…got a new room. Just a stop in our journey….slept…ate breakfast and left. The place needs some TLC!

Widows fogged up as drove up. Reception area small and over crowded. Was put in the middle of families with children competing in a sport near by. The families allowed to over run the Inn all in the hallways up and down looking at things on doors hanging out in small hallway and outside our room. Also over crowding in small pool. Hot tub not functioning. Odor in our room.

When you book for 3 nights, there should be 3 washcloths and 3 coffee packets. There were 2 and I had to find someone to get more, and the desk seemed to only be staffed until late afternoon. They were nice enough when they looked up from their phones.
Ants in the room, trash in the parking lot, un-trimmed tree branches scraped my car, toilet had gross stain inside the bowl.
It was quiet enough, decent mattress, good fridge.
Will not stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately we didnt sleep well. Our refrigerator and AC unit were not functioning. When we arrived the AC was set to 60, but the room was very warm and humid, and stayed that way our whole stay. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. Our blackout curtains only covered half of the window, so all of the light from the parking lot came through, making our room very bright all night. Those issues combined with a lack of noise barrier made for a sleepless night. We could hear everything above and beside us.
The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean, but it wasn't the best night's sleep. We will not stay here again.

Staff VERY friendly and attentive. The elevator is super old - inspection expired earlier this month and seems “sketchy”. Hallways are dark and outdated. The room was fine, but creaky floors.

The pool water temp was very nice, warmer than most hotels. Hot tub was out of order but pool temp made up for that. Bathroom light needed to be replaced but I’m sure that will be taken care of

Very disappointing the hot tub was out of order. No mention of it on the site. Looked like it had been down for awhile. There was a distinct mildew odor in our room. Did a search for a hotel specifically with a whirlpool hot tub. Didn't seem like hotel that should get 4.1 star rating.

It was clean and located close to everything. I didn't like that the receptionist "mistakenly" gave another guest a key to my room. She told him the wrong room number. He walked in as we were in the bed. The manager did compensate us but that was a very scary situation.

Upon entering the room we experienced an overwhelming smell of urine. We went to the front desk, and they had no more room available. We had to go stay at another hotel. We are trying to get a refund at this time.

Ok, I was disappointed. It did not meet my expectations. I’m picky I like things super clean! We stayed 4 nites total! No, none, zero housekeeping! They informed us during check in that they’re wouldn’t be any cleaning…. If u needed towels just stop by the front desk…. Well, we managed ok but I do think the motels/hotels are using the “Covid” crap as a excuse for no housekeeping. The breakfast was good 😋 The pool 🏊♀️ was closed. Scheduled to open the next day but, never did at all. The bathrooms were smelly (like pee) they were dated with wallpaper peeling…. (Who puts wallpaper in the bathrooms anyway!) We we’re down to one roll of toilet paper when we left ( again no housekeeping) Huge stain on the curtains when u closed them at nite. No toothpaste, no makeup remover packets….. it was just average of below. We booked with Expedia and the reviews were all so good with a 4 1/2 star ⭐️ But if u go to the website it’s a 2 star hotel! I like at least a 3 star ⭐️ or above! I guess u get what u pay for. But it was misleading! We won’t stay again at this place, would NOT recommend to anyone unless you’re ok with mediocre. That’s my 2 cents! I do plan to let Expedia know of their deceit.

The room was a nice size (king suite) and the bed was comfortable. The front desk and breakfast staff were very cordial, and the breakfast was very good.

The front desk was not staffed when we arrived in late afternoon, we waited and said hello several times but no one showed up. I knocked on the manager’s door and a woman came out to check us in. Later I wanted another blanket as it’s cold at night, no one was at the front desk to serve customers. I never had this experience with Marriott hotels.

The young man at the front desk was spectacular. We liked our first day so much we came back the next night on our return to stay with them.

Very helpful staff! Very accommodating for our large sports group. Water heater went out during our stay and fixed fast without interrupting our stay.

Problems with the elevator. Got on the elevator and once we got close to our floor to elevator started shaking violently. I thought we were about to plummet back to the first floor. It was so bad we decided to immediately go back to the desk but this time we went do the stairwell.
