Wonderful hotel with lots of character that felt like you were in Santa Fe. Hotel was in a great location in walking distance to everything, restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Everything about the hotel was cozy and charming. The lounge was very comfortable and was heavily used by many guests. A little wear on the toilet seat but otherwise very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but the beds are too hard. The resort fee makes no sense as there is not even a functioning pool.

We reserved room with 2 queen beds. I. Alled ahead and they stated pur reservation was good. When we arrived they stated they did not have any rooms with 2 beds and had been sold out. I explained i had called just to confirm and was told it was good they stated thatbthe reservation department is not located on sight. They offered a room with king bed and what was supposed to be a fold out couch. It was not a fold out coach and we had 3 individuals with us so needes more then just the one bed. They then offered another room with king bed and roll out couch. It was frustating having to be moved a nd not habing what we had actually reserved. They said it is becUse 3rd parties sometimes I over book. They place was beautiful however the room situation was beyond frustrating dont feel like we enjoyed it as much as we would have if we don't have so many issues.

The front desk is horribly understaffed. And the lobby bar not well stocked. Maids right outside our room before 8 am talking loudly on walkers. We seemed to have been charged twice. Nice location but they need to have better staffing.

Nice location to old town Santa Fe and things of interests and restaurants. The room was fine, comfortable beds.

Inn at Loretto is a lovly accommodation with so much more to offer than the other historic hotels in the area. Our room and bathroom were spacious, and very comfortable.
We will stay here when we are in town. We were married at the Loretto Chapel in 2010 which makes this place special to us although it is the first time we have stayed here. It won't be our last.

My daughter and I enjoyed a short stay here but hope to return! The service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived earlier than expected (and before check-in) they made a room available to us. We loved walking through the shops, found an amazing book artists/illustrator who has a studio on property, toured the Chapel and had an absolutely lovely time. I actually worked at this hotel about 25 years ago as a cocktail waitress and it was almost like stepping back in time, but with everything impeccably updated and maintained. Love it's proximity to the plaza, the ease of valet parking, everything was perfect.

Room 107 patio door doesn’t lock.
We love staying her as it is our ‘Happy Place.”

From check in to valet to Carlos in the restaurant, top notch service and the friendliest folks on earth. Your bartenders are also amazing, I can’t stress how kind everyone was. Thanks for such an amazing time in that magical city. Can’t wait to come back!

Fits Santa Fe, NM "style" not a modern hotel. I was allowed to check in earlier so I could do a zoom class. Expected internet services, Missed a zoom meeting due to lack of internet. I had called front desk and went down to the desk since no one came to check after 2 hours. Maintenance worker had to reboot their router. Hotel lacks tech amenities.

We had a really terrible experience in the spa. First, the esthetician for my facial ripped out my nose ring and didn't say anything or apologize. By the time I realized, my piercing had closed up. The masseur my boyfriend got his massage from had callouses all over his hands, and it felt like he was being cut with razor blades. For $175 per service, it was an awful experience. The hotel itself was lovely.

This hotel has not been kept up with. It definitely needs updates to make it comfortable. The mini fridge in the room is soooo loud it kept me up. The lights are all dated and buzzing. The sconces in the bathroom were not even on properly. The bathtub was dark dark dark!

Excellent customer service, and care. Since before our arrival, we received Tex messages from the hotel welcoming us, and being ready for anything we needed. We also dine at the Luminaria restaurant which was delicious and service was great; the Chef came to introduce himself to everyone in the dining room……the Valet guys are very courteous and helpful.

The hotel is built into shops that miander to the Loretto Chapel. The location is central to all the best that Sante Fe has. You will be in walking distance to museums, shopping, cafes, restaurants, Canyon Rd., and the Plaza. They are Valet only but they quickly retrieve vehicles so you never have to wait.

The resort is a special place, but this second stay exactly a year later has the resort showing some wear and tear. Elevators not working, hotel bathroom plumbing leaking, rooms in need of a general refresh. The outstanding staff made up for this in what was nothing other than a nice stay,

The Inn At Loretto is absolutely beautiful. It maintains the wonderful charm of New Mexico. Other hotels have tried to update their facilities but end up feeling very sterile. Not welcoming at all. The Inn at Loretto is very welcoming.

I stayed at this hotel after the Santa Fe plaza holiday lighting ceremony. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing and the atmosphere was so cozy. The restaurant, lounge and coffee shop had delicious food and drink. The gym has everything you need for a full body workout and although i was fine with the equipment, i think some guests may appreciate newer equipment. It snowed over night, so while eating breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, we had a magical view of the snowfall over Loretto chapel. Shops were within walking distance. This place was just amazing and i will be back.

Hotel is in great location and the staff could not have been nicer. Shopping and eating in the hotel was also a treat. Only complaint is the heating system. At night it goes on and off all night, it's loud, and when yours is off you can hear the other rooms’ systems going on as well. It is not very restful. Then again, it might have been our room or floor to be fair.
