Everything about my room was perfect. Everything. The concierge, the man at the desk, the maids, the bartenders were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. A lot of construction going on close by so you had to keep an eye on your walking, but even that wasn't a big deal. I will stay here next time I come to New Orleans no question.

Cute and cozy boutique hotel with lovely decor. Check-in was very quick and easy. Front desk staff were always friendly, kind, and attentive. Complimentary bottled water, just ask the front desk nicely! Free 2 oz wine tasting. Comfortable king size bed. Good location, short enough walk to Bourbon Street/Jackson Square but far enough from the noise to get some sleep.
Sliding bathroom door can be tricky and gets stuck sometimes. Super thin walls. I can make out the words people are saying in the hall from the bed. When people walk by it sounds like their footsteps are inside your room. Not a deal breaker for us though.
What I can’t get on board with is the unbearably loud construction at 3-5am. Other reviews also mentioned this but I thought it would be over about time we arrived, but I was wrong. Also not sure if the noise issue is dependent on which side and floor of the hotel you’re on. We were on the 5th floor and stayed April 21st-24th.
For this reason we won’t be returning until the construction is completed.

One of our 2 rooms wasn't quite ready. However, kiera took care of all of our needs in a quickly manner! Valet service was amazing along with the front desk. The rooms were awesome

In New Orleans for an award for daughter. Hotel well located for walking downtown, convention center, WWII museum and restaurants. Rooms very small with limited space for clothing/suitcase.

it was good. no problems. Quiet, clean.

The hotel was fine but I was charged more than what was on my reservation and no one responds to my request even Hotels/Expedia.

The staff was excellent very helpful. The rooms need some attention especially the flooring. If you want a decent shower you better stay somewhere else. I stayed there three nights and got one hot shower. My husband got no hot shower. The bathrooms are very small. There was nothing to grab on too if you slip. Nothing! It is slippery in the shower and floor if it gets wet. The staff were wonderful and nice.

Great staff. Great location. Good food.
Small room but ok.

Had an excellent stay. The hotel is fashionable with a super friendly and helpful staff. Parking was easily accessible with standard city rates. The location was very centrally located to drinking, dining and the French Quarter.

I love this place, there is an old-school charm to it, not your standard cookie-cutter franchise. Along with that charm does come a few quirks. We found it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, and the bedding could use a bit of updating (doesn't quite fit the bed) Aside from that this place has character. Craig is an awesome bartender and the food was terrific!

Set in more of a business area the hotel is quiet as it’s hidden from all New Orleans action. We did like that but some people won’t and the lack of dining options in this area means a further walk to other places.

Staff was friendly, service was great. Room was very clean, just small. Very noisy at night, lots of street traffic noice and light from around window and under door was bright.

We like this facility, it's on our top 5 for New Orleans. Parking is great and we can walk to the Dome or Bourbon.

Was deceiving. Room was very small. No bathroom
Space. Very disappointed. I felt like a college student in a small dorm.

It was pretty quiet for being in downtown. The location was convenient and we enjoyed our stay. A few things could be improved, but overall it was a great weekend.

The staff was friendly and the food at the bar was better than expected

Disappointed. “Autograph Collection” properties are supposed to be a step above, but this one hasn’t been maintained. Paid for a larger room, found out the slight increase came at the expense of a smaller, one sink bathroom – and our room had frosted windows that didn’t open and apparently went to a narrow space between buildings! Cheaper rooms had two sinks, more space for toiletries. Reported a flickering light, maintenance came, didn’t fix it; light completely died three days later. Never going back.

The stay was comfortable. Room service came each day to clean the rooms and provide fresh towels and make the bed. The downstairs restaurant I wouldn’t recommend. The one staff member was alone making all the food while two others weren’t helping and caused an issue with another guest staying there. The bar is worth checking out for a quick drink. Make sure to check the beds to make sure there aren’t stains and what not. The bathroom doors had a sliding barn door and walls are thin so you can hear what’s going on outside but that would be expected staying in downtown near all the activities.

The restaurant in the lobby is sub par at best.

Overall our stay was nice. However, the rooms front a busy street and the noise was disturbing. Also, the outlets built into the headboard for phone charging were not working.

The room was very hot with little to no air flow. It Wouldn’t cool. It was stuck at 75 degrees the whole time. I Told the front desk and not much was done. Bathroom was clean.

There was a huge water leak in my bathroom. They had to drain 6 buckets of water after I called to say water was rushing down from the ceiling. Then I hate to clean the shower because
Maintenance threw it in the shower

Me and my sisters stayed here at this hotel for essence festival 2023 and outside of a drunk person pulling the fire alarm at 5am i absolutely enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredible, the food was amazing, and nice area! I will return whenever I'm back in the N.O.

The room was comfortable but very disappointed that we had no window for outside view. Made us feel a little caged in, but who stays in the hotel in New Orleans???
Lobby furniture in the second hotel needs updating,
Service was amazing from the front counter, to the bar, to teh wait staff and cleaning.

Hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. Beds were very comfortable. Shower water didn’t get warm for over 5 mins and they had outside music playing all night right by our window, so sleeping the first night was hard. It was about 10 min walk to bourbon st. Staff was very friendly.

More expensive than I expected, but easy walking distance from the quarter and clean and comfortable rooms.

Excellent stay! Quick and professional check-in, clean room with comfortable bedding. Quiet location away from the French Quarter. I would stay here again!

I was really disappointed in this hotel and I'm surprised it's allowed to keep the Autograph brand. First, check in. The hotel is split between two buildings and when I asked if I was in one of the buildings with the rest of my group, the woman checking me literally rolled her eyes at me, sighed and muttered a 'yes'. Next, the public areas. I checked in at 3pm. There were piles of dirty sheets and towels in the elevator alcove on my floor. I understand it's still cleaning hours but are there not bins to place the soiled linens in? I've never seen them just piled up in the hallway at other hotels. In the evening, there were half-empty cleaning carts stashed in the stairway, so not only was it difficult to open the door but if there was an emergency and anyone was required to use the stairs, the carts would have impeded our exit. Finally, the room itself. The photos on Hotels.com and the hotel website itself are a complete misrepresentation of the condition of this hotel. The windows were tiny with chicken wire and frosted glass totally blocking the view and mostly blocking any light from entering. The curtains were broken. There was a hole in the wall where someone kicked it in. The TV had a white line all the way across it. The sink stopper was unattached and just laying in the sink. Overall, the hotel was in a state of neglect and disrepair. For it's part, the room was pretty clean and the lobby bartenders were pleasant and efficient.

Dirty room, filthy carpet. Dirty furniture. Broken dresser, front desk attitude. Not worth the cost. Run down
