AC is off during spring, you can't control it during your stay, they only offer heatting setting, and a blanket, so forgett about it if you like to sleep fresh, you have to sleep with the window open wich triggers more heatting. It is quite uncomfortable and sadly this is very comun in Spain.

The Restaurant/ Breakfast Team was amazing, They are one of many reasons I loved my stay there. The hotel it self was very clean. I just wished that they shouldn't have floor matt all over the room because sometimes it's hard to breathe if you have asthma or allergic. But opening the window when you enter the room is the best solution.
