Man hat dort alles was man bracht. Besonders positiv ist die Klimaanlage im Sommer.
Die Lage ist nicht optimal man ist als Tourist von allem relevanten weit weg bapw. Strand und Innenstadt.

The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway and bus stop. The room was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is located on the 5th floor of a newly constructed building, and you can feel that the apartment has been recently renovated.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but everything there was also new and clean. The kitchen provides all the facilities for cooking, including kitchenware and other essentials.
I really liked the staff—they are ready to help you at any moment. Whenever I had a question, they answered immediately. They are extremely friendly and helpful people.
