Quick stay at the Four Points. Nice room, quiet and comfortable, fast checkin, nice staff at the bar and morning restaurant, convenient location. Common areas a little tired, but my room was very nice

Property had a convenient location, room was clean, parking was plentiful for a full size pick up truck. The room had a strong scent which I wasn’t a fan of. I would recommend a non road side room away from elevator. Okay for what I needed (somewhere to sleep, get ready the next morning) but I would probably try somewhere else my next Barrie stay.

Excellent stay. Accommodating staff let me check in early and dining was great. We ended up staying at hotel instead of skiing as it was raining. It was very comfortable.

The hotel and amenities were good. The pool could use a facelift. The dining room staff at dinner needs training. She was more concerned with ber phone than taking care of customers. We had tonask for cups, straws and utensils. The food was overpriced and horrible. Spent $106 on 1 juice, 2 milk,1 soda, a small salad, wings, burger, chicken fingers and 1 mac & cheesethatthe kids didnt like. Stay away from the dining room.

We arrived from a very long flight. We were ready for sleep! The people in the lobby were not quite there. Some of the people spilled into the parking lot and said their very long and LOUD GOODBYES!!! I would think the front desk staff could have made and effort go get control.

Stayed for one night on our way back from Toronto. Check in was easy and quick no issues, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a nice bathroom a close drive to a lot of restaurants or if you chose you can eat right in the hotel. Overall great stay highly recommend.

The property was very well maintained. Staff were friendly, prompt and helpful. They even told me where I could purchase one of the items they had decorating the hotel lobby. The best part of the facility was it did not have heavy scents in the room or products. I am prone to migraines and majority of hotels set me off. Enjoyed all the amenities, as well as close location to Starbucks and shopping. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Room was clean and nice. Unfortunately a hockey team was playing in the halls early in the morning and disrupted our sleep. Elevator was unclean. They were accommodating for early check in.

Tried for 2 days to talk to a live person at the front desk to get an early check in. Very frustrating. No phone customer service what so ever. The early check in when we got there was not a problem but there phone system to get a person is pathetic.

The bathtub is slippery and you have to ask if there are safety mats. If I hasn't mentioned it at the front desk I wouldn't have known.

Air conditioning did not cool down the room sufficiently. Stayed July 9. Bed was uncomfortable. Will stay at the Hilton next door next time. Work for Alectra utilities and Hilton will be my next choice even though they’re about $50 more expensive. I expense regardless.

What i really liked about this stay was how friendly everyone was. My room was always neat and the coffee and water was restocked. What was really unique, was the fact that the drawer contained the bible, the Geeta and the book of mormon. This is the first hotel that I have stayed in that had this and it impressed me. You definitely get your monies worth by staying here!!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel except that our room was next to the stairwell so it was quite noisy with people coming in late and letting the exit door bang shut.

The accommodations for our hockey players with a common room was a plus! They also provided our hockey team with a quick take out breakfast before they played hockey. If you know teenagers getting up early for a breakfast isn’t easy so a quick take out option was great!

An overall average older motel with small pool and hot tub. No kids allowed in the gym under age of 16. The rooms could use an upgrade. Old fashioned dark red carpet that doesn’t match low cost furniture. Signs posted in hallways asking kids to be quiet. Small one cup coffee maker was old and dirty. Not much in walking distance except for a grocery store. Large sign out front about no parking liability for the hotel. Window blinds were nice to keep early morning sun out. Bed was comfortable.

Booked a suite with a fireplace and jetted tub after a rough day where our pipes froze and burst. Cold and sore my husband and I wanted both of the features this suite offered. We arrived to find out that the suite was not available and we were put into a room directly in front of a noisy ice maker, kids dining up and down the hall at 11pm and only a stand up shower. The man at the desk obviously had better things to do than assist me, and was cold and robotic when I tried to explain the situation. Horrible waste.

Newly renovated lobby, bathrooms are very small and shower curtains are really outdated in hotels. Their staff was very friendly though, complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby was a plus.
