Hotel was nice and clean. Unfortunately my husband and I checked in on a Saturday during the wonter which means that there was a hockey tournament taking place that weekend. The parking lot was completely full amd we couldnt find a parning spot. When we spoke to the front desk, they told us to park wherever we could find something (which is what we saw someone else do by parking on the grass near the entrance). We did manage to find a spot somewhere. Check in was easy and we actually got our room upgraded! In the morning we could hear the kids running up and down the hallways which was a bit annoyong when you're trying to sleep at 7am. But overall not a bad hotel

The elevator broke down 4 times while we were there and I got stuck in it. My husband had to go down to get someone as no one answered the panic button.. there was never towels when swimming, the hot tub was broken and breakfast was cold and had to wait for most items. No juice both days. They wanted a 400 deposit on top of the 540 dollars for 2 nights. Would not stay there again.

The property was clean and in good order but there was no hot water for showers in the morning. When I spoke to the desk attendant, he stated that there had been no other complaints and offered no remedies or apologies. Otherwise decent stay

This is a very good comfortable basic hotel. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the staff was very helpful. My only issue was there was a non-electrical fixture in the bathroom that was hanging loose from the wall. It was quiet in the evening and easy access from the main highway.

Property looks like it used to be bice, but now its run down. The walpaper was peeling off the walls. There was tape on the door covering what look like a hole! Hot tub doesnt work! Others who were staying there came down to complain about the room cleaning service. There were stains on the wall. I checkednin and checked right out! Expedia said it would coat me $75 to cancel! To walk in a room and then walk out. I will definitely be disputing this on my credit card. Came from a 4 hour drive and left disappointed.

Something was splattered all over the walls in the room that was not cleaned off. Hot tub was closed. Pool deck was rusty and looks unmaintained. Lots of water damage in the halls and the stairwells were gross, super dirty. But it was nice and quiet and the room was very nice other than the walls. Staff were very nice and helpful.

I choose this hotel for the hot tub. Nowhere on the website does it say the hot tub doesn’t work. I spent two nights here. I came to Barrie to be with my dad at the hospital. I knew I’d be very tired and sore at the end of the day and paid more to be further from the hospital but have a hot tub. I would like a refund. It’s fraudulent to not let people know the hot tub doesn’t work.

I had a nice one night stay as a break from our household renovations. Everyone I came into contact with at the hotel was helpful and very friendly. The property itself was very nice, the public areas of the hotel were good. The bathroom in the room could use some minor cosmetic repairs and the hall light inside the room didn’t work. The mattress was okay, but the fibre chip filled pillows were terribly uncomfortable-I should have brought my own pillow! Overall, it was a good stay and a reasonable price.

This hotel was located close to Hwy 400 without hearing any noise or having a lot of traffic. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast buffet included enough choices that no one went hungry.

Room felt clean and was comfortable. Styling was a bit dated, but not bad at all. The shower had some mold on bottom, they should clean that up for sure.

Worked for what we required. There was a hole in the floor of our shower floor, the bathroom light when turned on made weird noises and the included breakfast was rather basic. But it was clean, the staff were very kind.
