Our room was very clean when we arrived, as was the hotel in general. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful (brought us more towels when we asked), and we were able to do laundry which was super helpful as we are on a long trip. We also had 4 people in our room and used the pull out bed on the sofa which was actually very comfortable and clean.

We stayed there for four days with our family and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions. They even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us.
After we checked out, my husband accidentally left his necklace behind, and the hotel contacted me right away to let me know they had found it, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the Sagrada Família, and we also felt very safe in the area throughout our stay.
