Friendly helpful staff, grounds area was nice, and indoor pool and whirlpool were nicely kept.

Close to everything

Though the facility is older, it is well maintained & clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful & informative. Breakfast isn't included which is typical in Door County, the other amenities are great, pool, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, game room. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay. Room well equipped. Nice refrigerator and tv. Room had a bit of a musty smell, though and there was a hole in one screen Which wasn't a problem for us.

needed a ground floor level room since 4 knee surgerys made climbing step stars difficult.

Excellent Hotel

We had a great stay. Very clean rooms. Very large rooms with two queen beds. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location!! Brand new Pickleball courts. Beautiful area in general! Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again! The only suggestion I would have is that they would update their older, bedspreads and curtains to newer ones possibly. But you can’t beat that comfort and beauty for that wonderful price! Thanks!

It was a good stay but property is slightly run down and needs updating.

The hotel/room was very quiet and in a convenient location. The bathroom was small, and the sink was in the sleeping area, which was a little weird, but I was traveling alone so it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I especially liked that the property was near a wooded area, and had benches set out, which I used most days to read and meditate. The pool area and whirlpool were very nice, too.

The beds in the room had terrible mattresses, no support, collapsing sides and very clammy bed sheets. Bedspreads were old, heavy and very dated.The room overall was very dated with poor air conditioning.

The Parkwood lodge was perfect for our three night stay in Fish Creek. The staff were all friendly and helpful! We also really enjoyed the property including the Pickleball courts and the swimming pool!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, tucked away in the woods well away from the highway. We especially enjoyed the dual recliners in the room. Great for relaxing after the tiring day sightseeing!

Handy to so many places in Door County. Office staff is especially pleasant and accommodating.

This was a nice place to stay for our family. It would have been 5 stars if not for the small bathroom where we couldn't close or open the door unless the toilet seat was up. The bathroom was only the shower and the toilet. The sink was in the sleeping area, and made it tough for people sleeping but you had to use the sink. Other than that, it was close to downtown Fish Creek for shopping, eating, & attractions. Right off the main highway but nice & quiet. 1st morning there, we got to watch the new pickleball courts going in starting at about 7:30am. Should be nice when they're done.

Rooms were to humid. Even with the dehumidifier and the ac running it was really humid. Room’s floor the was dirty. One thing I really like it was that it has a small kitchenette.

We were greeted so kindly and it just set the tone for the rest of a great day.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and neat. Check in was prompt and courteous and stay was as good as you would want. Not a complaint about anything, but rather praise about everything. Good location to stay at. Thank you Parkwood Lodge for an enjoyable two days. Would definitely look for accommodations here first the next time we come.
