Lovely setting right on the river, great staff and very nice accommodation. Elk and a variety of bird life at the doorstep! Fantastic base for our Rocky Mtn NP explorations.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location & scenery with wildlife, river & mountains. Rooms are spacious & located a few miles from RMNP entrance or downtown Estes.

Absolutely excellent stay!! We had everything we could have needed, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.
Our unit was exactly as described, but you can't put adequate words to walking out your back door and sitting next to the river while turkey and deer stroll thru like they are your neighbors. Truly wonderful, beautiful setting, and we look forward to our next visit!!
