Cozy and captures the essence of a lodge style accommodation within the Rocky Mountains. The public outdoor balcony overlooking the river was lovely, and the hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day of hiking and exploring the national park.

Very beautiful location. The room smelled good, it was very clean. We would stay again if we go back for a visit.
We had had a long day on the road and when we got to our room we just decided to order a pizza. When we used the microwave to reheat the pizza the microwave malfunctioned. We notified the property manager but they didn't have an extra one on site. I would just make a suggestion to keep something like that around. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Loved the stream running along side our room, quite peaceful and beds were very comfortable.
There was never any staff in the office to ask questions or address concerns. The refrigerator wasn't working so they had a temporary small one in the closet. Only one of the burners on the stove worked which made it a bit difficult to cook a meal.
Also, the community hot tub didn't not look clean at all, therefore, we didn't use it. The water should not look milky.
