The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a changing hot menu. The man running it, like the rest of the staff is personable and hardworking. The breakfast alone is enough to make me want to come back!

Good hotel but we had horrible neighbors. They were yelling and slamming doors all night.

Reasonably priced, clean and the staff could not be nicer. The room was perfect too. I loved the feeling of home away from home. Also, we were allowed to check in early without having to pay an extra fee. We will be back!

Travel plans changed while at the hotel. They worked with the 3rd party booking app to make that happen. Much appreciated.

The hotel rooms smelled. You can tell that dogs were there. The shower was disgusting. For 450.00 a night expected better. Some bleach would take care of the stains. I have pictures but can’t post them. The staff were friendly. The hotel needs a deep cleaning.

The television remote didn't work well...the hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken...the alarm clock didn't work...the room was clean and comfortable

I know I got a pet room and those aren’t going to be that nice but my dog was eating crumbs from the carpet… you still need to vacuum. I didn’t feel safe letting her walk around the room. Gross stains on the carpet too. The room was also next to the elevator which was very noisy and kept her anxious all night. Second time I have tried this brand in the past few months and I wouldn’t again. Might be different for non pet rooms.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this establishment.
You can tell they really care about their customer. I would definitely stay here again. Trying to find a room in downtown Newport that was nice was very expensive. This was close enough to Newport (only a few minutes away) while staying in a nice place. The breakfast was fine.

Guaranteed room would be ready at 3:00. It was not. Had a wedding to get ready for. Told us to get dressed in the lobby bathroom. Ants in our bathroom. Really bad for how much they charge

The staff was nice and friendly at least until checkout. They gave my my party a lot of great recommendations. But when we got to our room it was clear that the cleaners had not done a thorough job. There was hair throughout the bathroom and trash inside the drawers. Then to make it truly spectacular, half of the lights in our room went out. We had to bring a lamp from the "living room" area to light the bathroom and we had to be together if we wanted light. When we told the front desk that this happened, she just disregarded us and our issue, took our key and asked for the next guest. No sorry, nothing. I assume the next person to sleep in that room will also not have any light.

This was the perfect place to stay. It is clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and having a kitchen was nice. We appreciated having laundry facilities and a good workout room. The breakfast was exceptional. It was a short drive from the beach and downtown and we were able to use the money we saved on delicious meals downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms, hallway, everything was so clean! Staff was friendly and breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were also very quiet. The hotel was full but we did not hear a thing. Very convenient to downtown Newport. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back!

We had ants in our room. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and gave us a new room immediately, but disappointing regardless. The new room was fine outside of a few loose tiles in the bathroom floor. Rest of the hotel facilities was good.

Stayed with my spouse and dog for 2 nights, in the Pet -Friendly suite. Didn't get any doggy smells and the suite was very clean and spacious.
When we checked in, the air-conditioning wasn't working. The unit was replaced within an hour! Very impressive! Loved the staff too. Would stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room clean and spacious. The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been, but it was only for 1 night so tolerable. The breakfast was nice, but it would be nice to have more vegan/dairy free options available. My daughter was able to eat fruit and bread, but there wasn't any protein options for her. Overall, a great place and would stay there again.
