We recently stayed at The Carriage House and had a very nice experience. There was a concern with our first room door, but the gentleman at the front desk handled it immediately and could not have been more professional, kind, and apologetic. He moved us to a new room right away, which was perfect.
The continental breakfast was very nice, the staff were pleasant, and the main area was beautifully decorated. The location was also very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, museums, and other attractions.
We appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay again.
