I enjoyed the stay so much. My room was stunning. It was clean,big, and very comfortable. You are given a code to get through the front door and a code to get into your room. It was very easy. Such a beautiful place the best place I've stayed in a very long time.

Room was very clean and house was beautiful.
GREAT location for going to downtown Newport/Mansions/Cliff walk/etc.
Bed: mattress comfortable but wooden bed VERY squeaky. Loud squeaks woke you up every time you shifted position
TV: could not get any local stations. Not a huge deal for us at all, but may be for others
Electrical outlets: lamp on right-side of bed was not even plugged in bc there's no outlet. Understand that this is an older house, but having places to charge phone/iPad/watch/etc. on bedside table really should be a standard thing and there are MANY solutions for this (example: power outlet attached to back of nightstand [if you don't want them to be "seen"] with sockets and USB ports)
