Staff was so friendly. The airline lost our bags and the hotel was so understanding, helping us find shopping to purchase some last minute clothing for our cruise departure. Breakfast was fantastic!

Had a wonderful 2 night stay.
I travelled solo to explore Barcelona and I originally booked another hotel out of the centre but cancelled and booked the Àmbit instead as I didn’t want to be far from anything whilst I was alone.
Great location, check in fast and easy. I was on the 2nd floor with a balcony. At first I was sceptical because my room was right beside the lift but I honestly didn’t hear a thing. The balcony looked on to the main road but with the doors shut, you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. I slept great in the room.
I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, there was so much around but I think it was 10 euros if you did want to eat there which is reasonable. Reception advised me there was free coffee 24 hours a day but I was only in my room to sleep or change for dinner so I didn’t get the chance to try this.
Staff were so pleasant, always saying hello when I walked by to leave/or enter the hotel.
I was only there for 2 nights and I seen most of the main things in Barcelona but I’m going to bring my mum with me at the end of the year or start of next year to show her this beautiful city and I will 100% be booking to stay at the Àmbit again.
