This is a hostel for people who are not looking for a party place or for a place to meet young and loud backpackers. This is exactly what I found. The rooms were clean and the space allocated was good. They even have lockers for valuables (you have to take your own lock, however). The hostel is small so it does not have many share rooms, which contributes to the quiet vibe of the place.
The showers were a little bit small for an average person. The breakfast was rather basic and high on sugary stuff. But it is free so I guess that compensates

It’s a quiet place with (in my case) mainly women staying there. It’s clean although the building is beautifully run down as usual in Barcelona :) staff is nice, beds are clean, small breakfast included, great location
My towel was stolen, which might seems not the hostels fault, but the lockers can’t be locked. Not the big ones under the beds, nor the smaller ones for valuables, even if you bring your own lock. This is unacceptable!
