Everything was fine and clean. The Shower and washrooms was also fair enough. But some Guest was not using it properly so it was a mess with the napkins but i hope others may or may not face it. Hotel authorities should take action right away for the shower and washrooms Specially.

Alice at reception was exceptional. She was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming from the moment I checked in. She made everything easy, took the time to help me, and made a one-night stay in Barcelona far more memorable than I expected. Exactly the kind of person you want representing a hostel.
