Location and the reception lady was fabolous, room itself best for 1 max 2 nights

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The hostell is in an excellent central location, making it very easy to walk around the city and explore the main attractions. The price was also excellent for a short stay.
Our room was comfortable, the facilities were good, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. My daughter accidentally left her teddy bear behind and was absolutely heartbroken. A few days after we had returned home, the hotel contacted me, and Bijan went above and beyond to arrange for the teddy to be posted back to us in England. This was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and it meant so much to my daughter.
Thank you to Bijan and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and for going the extra mile. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Location was good, within walking distance of lots of tourist spots. Lots of restaurants close by. Had private bathroom/shower though this was not in the room but a locable room up the corridor. Staff wete very polite and helpful. Good air con.
