Beautiful grounds with hundreds of flowers! Restaurant right next door had a nice menu. I had the whitefish, and it was delicious!

The motel is the old style where you drive up to the door of your room. And the room was very basic. But it was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable and very convenient.
It's located right on the highway and the Mackinac Island Ferry shuttle stops here when you call. It was so nice to just park at the motel and be picked up instead of having to drive down to the St. Ignace dock and pay for parking.
Armand is very kind and helpful and as you can see from the photos he has a very impressive garden. It really makes the motel stand out.

The room was clean, shower sparkling. Beds were comfy, really enjoyed all the pillows. Best part was the flowers. Website pictures doesn’t do them justice. The lawn chairs and tables were great to relax in and enjoy the flowers and watch the world go by.
