We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place and would have loved to stay longer. Everything in the room and lobby was very clean and comfortable. Incredibly close to Oracle Park and a short walk to Chase Center. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. They loaned us a wheelchair for our stay and at no cost. The breakfast was delicious, well stocked, and we enjoyed eating in the courtyard and lobby. We'll definitely return!

The stay was one night and adequate. The room did not have a microwave. The rest and bar did not stay open late enough. Staff were friendly.

This is a beautiful upscale hotel. The staff are friendly, check in simple, and the rooms are very new, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was breathtaking and was made with gorgeous glass and tile. They lock the doors at night so it is very safe and you need a key to get to each floor. LOVED my stay there. Quite impressive.

Neighborhood was beautiful clean safe Front desk staff were very helpful- went above and beyond for us several times. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was great! Breakfast tacos were our favorite.

Fantastic. Just as advertised. Family of 5 stayed in the same room comfortably. With one of the kids on the pull out couch. Breakfast was above average. Staff was great.

Place was really nice and modern for a newer hotel, however the cable box did not work. Luckily I was only there for sleeping and not planning to watch TV

The people at the front desk were amazing and so helpful!!! The only problem was that there were some scuffs on the walls that made them look a little dirty. But the room other than that was super clean.

We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Place. Great location, walkable to many dining options and entertainment venues as well. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best “free“ breakfasts I’ve had a hotel. The lounge area, both indoor and outdoor was very welcoming, great bar, plenty of TV’a in the lounge as well. Very clean throughout. The real stand out, though, were the staff. Every single staff member we encountered was so knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Better than average hotel breakfast. Our only complaint was the bed was so uncomfortable. Could not get comfortable all night so we didn’t sleep well.

Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Location was excellent and parking was easy. Bed was not very comfortable and towels were scratchy. Shower was very nice. Room phone didn’t work and we did not have the do not disturb sign in our room to put out. The breakfast buffet was very good and had tons of options. But there was a little green bug in one of the strawberries.

The staff were exceptional at this hotel. From Jamal at check-in to the entire bar staff at the rooftop restaurant. Everyone was engaged, wanted to make you feel comfortable and came across like they all genuinely liked each other. The food at the restaurant was incredible. I had mediocre expectations, but was truly wowed. So grateful to have had this experience. Great team of people and the hotel is clean, modern and well situated for ball park and nearby restaurants. We attended the new year celebrations at the ferry building which was a short walk through neighborhoods We will be back.

The facility is situated conveniently to many places to visit like Oracle, Chase and Sim Park where the food trucks are. Staffs are super friendly and accomodating. Highly recommendable.

This recent stay was great. Staff was great. Hotel cleanliness was awesome. Came down a couple times for the bar but it was Closed each time. I was told to go to the 12 floor for the other bar and restaurant but I did not have access. A bit frustrating.

I rather enjoyed my stay. Overall room was rather quiet, clean, and staff was very friendly. Bathroom was nicely done. This is not the MOST modern, slick place you could stay in San Francisco and not most complete in terms of useful in-room amenities (and if you scrutinized the room, there are signs of wear, though nothing at all offensive), but for the relative cost, thought was a decent value. Fair warning though, parking on-site is crazy expensive; there is a much less expensive, safe, well-lit garage across the street, but that place doesn't have in/out privilege and is not 24-hour (it's off limits from 12AM-5AM).
