Sweeeet walking distance to Oracle Park - about 5 minutes. The hotel was very nice, super clean. Valet was expensive ($100 a night) but I’ll pay it to avoid the risk of it not getting broken in to, honestly. I have another trip to SF next month and already have a reservation to stay here again.

We have stayed in the city a ton of times and this was such a great location. Very short walk to Oracle park and Chase center. I will 100 percent stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and super close to the Chase Center. The valet parking was definitely understaffed when we arrived as it we waited over 30 minutes for our car to be taken, but everyone was very pleasant and apologetic for the inconvenience.

Premier room did not seem that great. Waited over a half an hour for our food in the morning to be delivered by a robot only to have everything be lukewarm if not cold. Overall kind of disappointing for the price.

Clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. There isn't very much around. Suited our needs. On the first night, our shower door was out of alignment and could not open. This was quickly remedied but nothing really provided to guest (compensation, credit to something like the coffee shop or...???) , given the inconvenience at a late hour. The restaurant is not really family or normal people friendly on a Friday night - more of a younger club vibe with very loud music. If you want a clean quiet place to stay in, this was great for that.

I had a great bday weekend stay. From the beginning it was easy to check in, hassle free. Front desk was nice and was surprised by a birthday treat from the Hotel. The valet cost $80 a night but you can come and go as you please. I was impressed, you get a text with a virtual stub and when you’re ready to pick up the car text “car” and they have your car in the front in 10 minutes. Robot room service was a treat to experience. Let’s talk about the roof top bar Cavaña! It was a vibe! The view was amazing Give it a shot you won’t regret it.

the stay was amazing, my only complaints would be the valet was slammed and really confusing since the line was wrapped around the building. (but there was an event at the chase center so totally understandable) and the robot for coffee delivery wasn’t working. but other than that i absolutely loved this place! def will be back

The hotel was very nice, modern, and clean, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, and the lack of a bar/ restaurant in the hotel made our stay here less than convenient.

Attention to detail ... friendly knowledgeable service. Chris at Lobby Wine Bar was exceptional. Food at Cavana was good, and service great. Small plates nice for bar experience, but felt like dinner option in a more intimate space was lacking

I was very disappointed with this hotel since the reviews were promising. It is convenient if you are looking for something close to the sports arenas. Otherwise it was all bad. The check in went totally wrong. The rooms are lacking style and amenities. The extra $100 for parking was ridiculous . I could go on and on!

I couldn’t believe that this hotel didn’t provide a coffee machine in the room or offer morning coffee in the lobby. Only coffee they provide is a package of Tasters Choice instant coffee. We also had someone in our party who became very ill, and they would not give us even 30 min of late check out, and mind you, the hotel was completely empty.

Our experience was quite pleasant. We attended for an event at Oracle and check-in was easy and quick. The facilities are new and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the evening before our arrival I received an email stating that there was limited to no parking available because of the event. This a definite stressor the night before our trip.

Overall a good stay, but the staff was crass and unwelcoming. As frequent SF visitor I’d recommend the Westin near Union Square above Luma.

The hotel advertised on its website AS IF it provides valet parking for guests. We believed and that’s why we booked a room. Arriving on Sat late afternoon in terrible traffic around the area due to the Monster Energy AMA championship at the Oracle Park, under bad weather, and was told we couldn’t park our car with them, they couldn’t even help keeping our car for a few hours so we could make it to our diner reservation near by in time. There’s no compassion from the valet team - while they were polite, we could sense they had no intention to help or to go out of their way. The information they provided when I asked for suggestion for a 24 hours garage was completely wrong. I ended up driving around the blocks desperately trying to find parking. I could have done the same without paying to stay at their hotel. That’s the worst a hotel could do to its guest - making false promise then did not help to make the stay convenient or comfortable. Don’t be fooled by the 9.4 Exception rating. This is a 4 star new hotel, not a 5 star hotel with 5 star service. The room is barren although it’s new and clean, no bathtub, minibar - if you look for the service and rooms of a 5 star hotel, look somewhere else. 9.4 means different things for different star level. The wall seemed thin as we could hear the people in hall way as if they were in our room and the street noise, even on the 16th floor was loud. The front desk staff was nice and helpful - that’s the only positive thing of the stay

Staff lied about parking. I asked about parking before departing via email. I was told it would be $100.00 due to the event at Oracle this weekend. I showed up and the price was $135.00 with an hour wait for valet. Very disappointed. I had to park several blocks away and walk back in the rain and still had to pay $120.00 to park one night. I will not be back. Over promise and under deliver establishment in my opinion.

The hotel is fine in general however Parking is a huge problem. We stayed here for the convenience of valet parking next to our event at Oracle Park. When we got here valet parking was full so we had to go driving around looking for parking and ended up several blocks away wheeling our luggage through the crowded streets. This needs to be advertised that there is only a limited amount of parking and it's on a first come first serve basis. Probably would have stayed somewhere else if we had known or tried to arrive earlier.

Beautiful brand new hotel, customer service was excellent. Walkable to the Chase center which was our purpose. Robot delivery to the room was so cute. Downfall was the cost of parking! Terrible! And the restaurant is just ok. Coffee bar closed too early. Would stay again.
